“I will seek the president’s approval to make the vaccines mandatory no later than mid-September, or immediately upon” approval by the Food and Drug Administration, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin declares in a memo to troops obtained by the Associated Press. “I will not hesitate to act sooner or recommend a different course to the President if l feel the need to do so.”
The requirement could be moved up to an even earlier date if ‘infections continue to rise,” and restrictions such as “wearing masks, social distancing and travel limits” will apply to unvaccinated service members in the interim. The Associated Press reports that “Military officials have said that once the vaccine is mandated, a refusal could constitute failure to obey an order, and may be punishable under the Uniform Code of Military Justice.”
National File previously reported on Austin’s push to make all members of the U.S. military become vaccinated:
Secretary of Defense for the Biden Administration Lloyd Austin is set to announce mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations for all active duty troops at the direction of Joe Biden, according to a report from CNN. “Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin is expected to seek authorization to make Covid-19 vaccines mandatory for all active duty troops as soon as this week, following President Joe Biden’s directive that the military examine how and when it could make that happen,” CNN reported.
“If the secretary makes that final recommendation, he could seek a presidential waiver to allow the vaccine to be administered to troops before full approval by the Food and Drug Administration. A Pentagon decision and recommendation on how to proceed could come this week, several officials say.”
Service members who have not yet taken the vaccine have been subjected to forced testing and quarantine, as well as compulsory mask wearing.
Are you insane? What the hell are you smoking?
You’re a nutjob, right?
Military is overwhelmingly 18-30, statistically zero risk of death from the virus.
But you would rather inject our military with an experimental shot which is ALREADY proving to be quite consequential?
How much do you get paid by the CCP?
TBH, this has been done in the military since General Washington. Everyone soiling their drawers over this move need to revisit history class.
So dumb. That inscription wasn’t on Kennedy’s boat, but in the movie White Squall. Qnuts are literally wrong about everything in their mythos

RE: Inscription on Bell/JFK’s boat.
Not so, the people on the Q thread investigated this a long time ago - It comes from a movie. White sQuall. 😉
You misread me. We are on the same side.
My point for the guys in the military is to their life is more valuable than risking it to stay in the military with an experimental jab.
Agree with what you said about the jabs.
Roger. Need to be clear on that.
“Just a bit of research would reveal that.”
Here’s your research:
https://history.army.mil/html/faq/oaths.html
The wordings of the current oath of enlistment and oath for commissioned officers are as follows:
“I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.”

“Kindly read this - your link is incorrect.”
I’m certainly glad you have relieved me of presenting information that differs from yours. You have your info and I have mine. But let’s get to the point of the thread I added to, namely a way to refuse the forced injections.
I have read many oaths and the consistent gist is that the person taking it is bound by the oath to follow orders of superiors. Since the president is the commander in chief of the military, sooner or later it will fall back on him for this mandate of taking a vaccine that is not proven safe and is not certified as safe by the AMA, the CDC, or OSHA as a number of deaths have occurred in mysterious situation concerning possibly the vaccine.
Therefore, whether it’s a non-com or officer, DOD, NAF, wage grade, volunteer, or whatever, the obligation to determine this order unlawful exists as it can be considered a threat to priority A people and inventory.
If you read the MSDS or fact sheets for the vaccines you’ll find that they are filled with no data available. Here’s a couple:
https://www.astrazeneca.com.au/content/dam/az-au/AZD1222%20SDS%2025943%20v1-1%2016SEP20.pdf
https://www.fda.gov/media/144638/download
There’s a lot of them determining the use is not considered safe. And that challenges the mandate for military to be ordered to take it creating that unlawful order.
The only reason the oath of a military person, and others, is pertinent is that it ties it directly to the president. And all of the oaths I’ve read will reach him whether it is mentioned directly or up the chain.
It doesn’t make any difference to nitpick how it gets there. But it needs to go there.

I have read in a couple of places that those refusing the vaccines will be subject to courts martial under the UCMJ.
I would certainly hope that many of my peers would avail themselves of the opportunity to submit their resignations, as is their right.
In days long since gone, General & Flag Officers would do the same in defense of their troops, but the warrior class has been systematically excised from our ‘Armed Forces’, so that’s an impossibility.
“In days long since gone, General & Flag Officers would do the same in defense of their troops,...”
Not sure on that one. If they resign over the acceptance of an unlawful order, all it does is replace those that could possibly be trying to do it right and would be caving to the Biden administration for accomplishing another illegal act. It’s got to stop somewhere and the efforts of your and my brothers and sisters in the business could be a major push in that direction. I spent about half my life trying to do it right. Saddens me when it is taken this way. Especially when there is no love lost between the pentagon and the administration.
