It’s called Transgenderism. No US news source has a right to complain about this any longer.
That’s what I noticed too — the hips. Two of them have clearly male bone structure from the waist down. This is as telling as their obviously male facial structure. Frankly, you’d think the Chinese would have made more of an effort to disguise them as women.
This is interesting in that to compete in athletics, especially those requiring upper body strength, the development of the female form pushes closer to male appearance.
Asian women, too much, have been deplicted as ultra feminine, soft, and submissive. The building of muscle tissue and male attributes is inconsistent with their historical presentation.

And there are going to be times in such a large gene pool that closer to male appearances are going to surface. We have the same thing in the US and the women are trying to normalize it just like some men going the other direction with it. Gender and color identity are the two main areas of this in the US.
