America has hit a roadblock in the coronavirus pandemic.
A hard, very dangerous and completely unnecessary roadblock.
Put bluntly, a lot of deluded, ill-informed, shamefully scare-mongered, or simply complacent Americans have got it into their heads that either the covid vaccines are somehow more dangerous than covid itself, or the virus isn't serious enough to warrant protection from it.
Some of these sceptics believe the insane conspiracy-theory that the US Government is using vaccines to plant microchips in their heads to control their minds. (Don't laugh: a recent Economist/YouGov poll revealed that 20% of Americans really do suspect this.)
Many more, tens of millions of people across the United States, are hesitant to get jabbed for all manner of other reasons ranging from doubts about the vaccine's efficacy, to a fear they impair fertility, damage pregnancy, alter DNA, magnetize you, or even actively help transmit the virus.
These unsubstantiated theories have been fuelled by anti-vaxxer whack-jobs online, and especially on social media.
And they have sadly begun to have a very real and deadly influence, as I can personally attest.
I've just had covid, the Delta variant, despite being fully vaccinated with the Oxford AstraZeneca vaccine.
It was an unpleasant experience and I felt quite sick, as sick as I've felt from any illness, but I never came close to being hospitalized or dying.
So, the vaccine worked: it stopped me getting seriously ill.
But when I revealed this on Twitter and Instagram, and urged people to get jabbed, I was promptly bombarded with an astonishing amount of utterly insane and incredibly vitriolic responses from the anti-vaxxer brigade – many of them in America.

Why not? It's just as likely that he'd have the exact same experience if he'd not taken part in this experimental drug trial. Both are every bit as likely. 99.99% plus out of millions of folk have survived, and will continue to survive this particular illness without being participants in this experimental trial.
There isn't a "control group Piers Morgan" that didn't get vaxxed, contracted covid and had worse symptoms.

He has NO basis to determine that the experimental treatment lessened his symptoms. In fact, it may have caused him to get sick after stripping away the immunity he would have built up since 2019.

If the vaccine was designed to stop Covid it didnt work at all. If it was designed to make you sick, it worked perfectly.
Notice how libs are always moving the goalposts. First it was supposed to keep you from getting Covid. That didn’t pan out, so they came out to say it would prevent you from getting seriously ill from Covid, but as this article points out, it didn’t stop Piers from getting seriously ill. This was the worst he’s ever felt in his life.
So now the new goalpost is that you won’t die if you get Covid. That’s proving to be false. So now the narrative is that all us unvaccinated morons are killing off the vaccinated geniuses by somehow spreading a more deadly strain of the virus that didn’t even affect us, but is somehow killing them.
The more I learn about the vaccine and the Vax Pimps selling it, the more determined I am to never get the vaccine.
The jabs are in their Phase 3 clinical trials. FACT, not theory. Up until a few weeks ago, trials have included healthy people between 18-55 who have not had covid and pregnant women have been excluded from the trials. Meanwhile, with trials ongoing, they're passing them out to anyone and everyone.
They're ongoing.
A few of my wife's co-workers at the nursing home got it and got over it without having to go to the hospital and this was before the jabs came out. It's more like 99.6% for most people.

The number one reason people don’t get vaccinated is that they are simply not afraid enough of covid to bother.
Questioning the safety of these untested, non-FDA-approved vaccines is legitimate. However, if people shared your level of fear of Covid19 - they would make the same risk/benefit choice you made - and get the shots.
The proof of this is easy:
Just ask any unvaccinated person whether they have ever been vaccinated for anything else - almost all will say yes, of course.
Then ask them if they will ever be vaccinated for something else in the future - likely most will say yes, of course.
Then ask them whether they scrutinized the safety of vaccines they had in the past, or plan on scrutinizing future vaccine decisions to the extent they are scrutinizing this one. I think they will say it depends.
Depends on what? It depends on how convinced they are that the virus they are being vaccinated against is a true threat and not a bunch of political baloney.
Look, when I step on a nail and everyone says I should go get a tetanus shot - I do it. Not because I have scoured the Internet for experts and carefully weighed the pros and cons.
No, it is simply because I have seen zero indication that the medical science and data analysis surrounding tetanus has been politicized. It feels like there is no agenda with tetanus - just good honest medicine.
Can the same be said for Covid19? No f’ing way.
What doctor or research scientist in his right mind would say these vaccines are unnecessary, or not worth the risk, in this politically charged atmosphere? The ones who do are literally having their careers ruined and losing their grants.
Give me a break. You can’t get an honest answer about these covid vaccinations like you can with tetanus.
If we as individuals are being pressured shamed and coerced this much, just imagine the pressure being put on doctors.
Because with covid its not about the science - it never has been. It is about socialism.
Socialism and freedom are incompatible - you can’t have a bunch of independent thinkers running around deciding things for themselves.
Independent thinkers must be shamed, and shunned as dangerous morons - that’s what this plandemic is all about - identifying and rounding up the deplorables
Nothing but strawmen offered up by Piers. He mentions kooky conspiracy theories that I’ve never heard while refusing to acknowledge the spike protein and delivery of mRNA into people’s bodies.
In addition, these people all act as if the FDA approved it which they did not. Emergency Use Authorization is a far cry from being approved and everyone who takes the jab is unwittingly part of the clinical trial. Also, consider that granting EUA can only be done if there are no proven therapeutics. The liars and thieves have gaslit people about useful therapies so that they could put themselves in this position to force the vaccine on everybody.
He also conveniently skips over all of the otherwise healthy people who have died of this vaccine. Numbers in the tens of thousands and that is only what the CDC will admit too. The numbers are even higher in Europe. And we all know what lying sacks of shit the CDC, Fauci, WHO and all the communist Democrats really are now.
