I needed to read this post tonight. I had a horrible evening with my daughter sobbing and begging me to get vaccinated. Her husband says I will most likely be dead in a year and they will start making plans to be able to take care of my husband when I’m gone! My husband wants me to retire early so I’m not exposed.
It was heart wrenching to see my daughter cry because she’s so worried I’ll get sick and die. Nothing I said about precautions and protocols eased her mind. It was three hours of sorrow and disappointment. She begged me to consider getting the J&J vaccine since it’s a traditional vaccine.
I am miserable over it. Again, like the pesky widow, I ask, “How long, O Lord?” I’m not sure how much more of this I can take.
Please, Lord, keep Melian strong.
I am so grateful that my family is solidly against this vax so there is no pressure on me or my husband. We both had it(the virus) already but are still told we should get the shot “for even better immunity.”
No fixing stupidity.

set us against each other, have all been gamed out militarily, using AI

I’m so sorry you are going through this Melian. For some reason I thought you were a guy. :-) Anyway, all three of mine have been vaxxed. My granddaughter was forced by her employer (Physical Therapist) and she talked my daughter and SIL into getting it since they both work.
Funny thing is, none of them tried to talk me or my husband into getting it. My granddaughter actually told us we didn’t need it. Weird!
I’m taking the Ivermectin prevention, D, C, Zinc/Quercetin, and other supplements but husband won’t take anything. He never removes himself from his recliner though so unless I get it and give it to him, he’s safe.

Your dear daughter would be even more distraught if you took the vax and suffered harm because of it.
But clearly she is coming from a place of love. You are loved, and you all can be blest by that.

Hang in there, Melian. We’re praying for your continued strength and commitment to know and do what’s best for you without having to endure painful pressure from loved ones, however well-meaning they might be.
Im so sorry, and i understand your pain. My daughter has told me no contact with my future grandkids until i get it. (So of course i pray she will even be able to have kids after the jabs). My friend has daughters who forced her to get the j&j if she wants contact with her grandkids and this poor lady has lupus and arthritis issues. I pray every day for our poor innocents who have been brainwashed, but hold strong so u can help them when the truth comes out. And lets keep watching for the right kind of sauce that they will even look at and hopefully start to see thru it all.
Melian, please stay strong. I, too have a daughter who is terrified I will get the virus and end up dead. Daughter, if you only knew my fears for you!! That said, she understands I am not going to be moved and thankfully rarely pushes anymore.

So many have been brain washed. The schools have contributed a great deal to this mineset. Conform, don’t think for yourself, etc. Stay true to your beliefs. My work environment is pro-vax and several who have gotten the vaxes regret it. They were bullied into it.
Oh my gosh, Melian.. I’m so sorry. To read this is absolutely gut wrenching. You love your family so much, they love you.. how to get past this, what seems an insurmountable issue?

Or how about a trade? Who can they listen to, say radio, that will red pill them. They listen to someone for 3 months and you will get the JJ?? I’m just throwing stuff out. They have to listen to and read only Conservatives for 3 months and you’ll get the JJ??

My sympathies for what you are going through. I can’t fully comprehend the family dynamics. Others have assured you that you are both acting from the motive of love. I’m sure you are. But not having had children myself, I do puzzle over your daughter’s attitude and actions. On the surface it reads like emotional blackmail, but if it’s truly stemming from love, then she is majorly brainwashed.
I read of so many generational conflicts over this subject. And frankly, each time I’m thankful once again that I remained childless. Prayers for your continued strength in this trial.
Anyway, I wanted to say that it’s not even the case that the J&J jab a traditional vaccine, although for some reason some people tout it as such. There has been no traditional Covid vaccine as of yet. The J&J is different from the mRNA ones (I don’t quite understand technically how), but since the actual virus has not been isolated, none of the jabs are traditional vaccines.
