I have been working from home since Feb 2020 in Wa state. In my job role there is no reason for me to be in office since all assembly labor has been transferred out of state. Now they are forcing us to attend in person for a minimum of 3 days a week. The DOH website states that covid is mutating into different variants and the vaccines in some cases less effective. This excerpted directly from DOH Wa, "The detection of these COVID-19 variants in our state reminds us that this pandemic is not over. Now that these variants have been found, it is critical to double down on all the prevention measures to protect Washingtonians against COVID-19. I'm sad and very scared.

Maybe this fear is common in Washington. We know two ladies in Seattle. They are both vaccinated, both live alone and they are both still so scared they won’t go back to their weekly tea with only each other at either one’s house. It’s ridiculous.
In Colorado I’ve hung with my neighbors (group of about 10) since this thing started. Everyone is fine and I know at least 6 of the 10 aren’t vaccinated.
One is an airline pilot and not vaccinated.
Except for Nellie Ohr. That’s why she got a ham radio to speak with Fusion GPS without being monitored or leaving a digital trail.
I’m sad and scared for you, too, but likely not for the same reason that you are. You have been duped by an all out gaslighting effort to get you to stay home.
How did you handle your life before CoVid lockdowns? You should be back to the old normal, whatever that was for you, by now.

Things are fine out there. We have always had pathogens out there to deal with. This has been no different, except that THIS time, we locked down, wore masks, socially distanced, and disinfected everyone and everything around us.

Given the treatment options the COVID death risk is small. You can reduce it, if you are overweight, by diet and exercise.
It would be interesting to compare the fatality rate of driving to catching Covid.

Did you go to the office before the ccp virus, even though there was a new flu virus every year and many types of colds every year?
I have no sympathy for workers complaining about going to in person work....
the lives of nurses and aides and therapists and doctors and all the other many people that MUST work hands on are just as important if not more so to people able to stroke the computer screens at home....

I’m in my late 50’s and had the dreaded Covid... it was a FLU. I got over it.
Oh, I also played 2 seasons on Broadway. Broadway actor in his early 30’s you say? Are you SURE it wasn’t HIV related? More deadly than the Covid, but nobody seems to care much..
Just an edumacated guess, but from my knowledge of Broadway actors, odds of HIV vs. Covid are probably 75-80%.
Maybe you should try workIng at Taco Bell. Those people aren’t afraid of working for minimum wage in this pandemic to feed YOUR family. Thankfully they are not afraid.
