RATS underground is projecting a loss of three RAT senators in 2024. Very glum thread.

You hate to lose an Election, but if Trump had won Dems would have had a huge year in 2022.

I’m thankful that there’s still only one gulag in the US, the one holding the political prisoners from Jan 6.

I has expected a full archipelago by now.

#5 vanities across FR are doubling every 14 days. We will be consumed by them. It would be ok but this one sucks. Hope hope ...

Life is funny that way. Take Robert Bork....many conservatives still lament his railroading and Kennedy's ascent. And to be fair, abortion MAY have been repealed if he'd been on the bench (or maybe the liberals would have blocked Casey being heard).

Buuuuuut...Bork wasn't exactly always right. For example his writings on the 2nd Amendment suggest he could have gone against Heller. That'd be a disaster.

AND Bork died during Obama's term while Kennedy was replaced by Kavanaugh (who looks like Kennedy but he's not Merrick Garland).

So, in a twisted way, maybe Kennedy was a blessing in disguise. And, perhaps, Trump lit a fire that'd have been extinghished in his second term.

It would be ok but this one sucks.

Would you please enumerate your reasons for declaring this vanity "sub-par?"

I might likewise have some criticisms of it, but a blanket dismissal like yours is hardly helpful.

Regards,

Bork was also wrong when he talked about “the right of states to form militias”. Goes completely against Richard Henry Lee, who characterized a militia as “in fact, the people themselves”, not beholden to state government.

Dems would never have any huge year in legitimate elections.

It is still using the thinking that politicians on either side care about the citizens. They don’t. The states mentioned pulled of huge fraud, shafted their own voters, with the help of both parties. I only see more pain, fraud, theft, fascism coming in the future with more racial divisions thrown in. The elite want us all at each other’s throats so we don’t wake up and rip theirs.

So hope hope hope ... we need to wake people up.
