Explanation: Wouldn't it be fun if clouds were castles? Wouldn't it be fun if the laundry on the bedroom chair was a superhero? Wouldn't it be fun if rock mesas on Mars were interplanetary monuments to the human face? Clouds, though, are floating droplets of water and ice. Laundry is cotton, wool, or plastic, woven into garments. Famous Martian rock mesas known by names like the Face on Mars appear quite natural when seen more clearly on better images. Is reality boring? Nobody knows why some clouds make rain. Nobody knows if life ever developed on Mars. Nobody knows why the laundry on the bedroom chair smells like root beer. Scientific exploration can not only resolve mysteries, but uncover new knowledge, greater mysteries, and yet deeper questions. As humanity explores our universe, perhaps fun -- through discovery -- is just beginning.

Nobody had better say it looks like Hillary Clinton. LOL
kind of creepy, like images of aftermath of pompeii. But thanks for posting. It is always interesting to see the many wonders of The Creator.
Mars is swarming with black ants! ( Those hoards of black spots )

This is all such gobblygook. The human mind is hard-wired to see faces in various patterns. This is long known.
Goldylocks zone....
What IF, millions of years ago, Mars was in Earth’s orbit? Aren’t the planets supposed to be expanding? What about the big bang.
Think about it, if the planets are expanding, then Mars could’ve gone through the goldylocks zone once. Had life, evolve, then go extinct?
More like Helen Thomas. Same age, anyway...
Well in my opinion it looks even more artificial in the very high resolution image’s, still looks like a face even though they claim it’s a natural hill....
Looks like what happens when I try to bake a cake.
The Face on Mars Trail Map by Jim Garvin Chief Scientist for NASA's Mars Exploration Program
Hike length is approximately 5.5 km or 3.6 miles one way, with a total elevation gain of nearly a thousand feet. Rating.... easy at start and midsection, with some very steep sections. Take plenty of water and oxygen.

NOTES: Starting to the SOUTH, away from the Face (hereafter FOM), the hike begins with a walk to the scree slopes at the south base of the feature, and then moves to the right (east) around the base of the FOM, and then to the NNW up to a breach in the feature about midway through the eastern middle. At this point there is a passage up the east flank of the feature, and the hike takes this route, passing between the two ridge-like prominences that outlie the eastern "battlements" of the FOM... then the hike traverses a smoother patch before it turns and skirts the summit region before finding a circuitous path to the upper reaches of the FOM (where there is a flat, bright circular patch about 100 m in diameter).

No. This actually looks human.
