This is Alabama, folks...
I'm sorry folks but I have reached an epiphany of obvious consequence and I can't keep quiet right now. On May 23, 2021 (just over a month ago) a city-driving motorist tried to turn right (no signal, no look) onto a perpendicular street FROM THE LEFT LANE, right while I was passing causing me to swerve and slam thru a curb totaling my beautiful '18 Nissan Altima SR. That idiot driver saw what he did, stopped, and then drove off never to be found. Luckily three witnesses stopped and gave statements to the officer which absolved me on the spot.
Since then, my nerves have been hyper sensitive to pick up on inattentive and illegal maneuvers of other vehicles and let me tell you....its been darn near maddening! Cars/Trucks blowing through stop lights long after the light change, etc... Just today one person in front of me who was so short she could barely see over the steering wheel was all over the road. Some obviously mexican woman stopped in the lane to let traffic turn when she had a long, clear right of way. Some other obviously mexican 'chap' decided he was going to use the center turn lane as a 'speed lane' to get to his destination parking lot while I was in that turn lane flashing my headlights at the b@^#!&d and leaning on my horn. This is no joke. This is real and I know that I am not alone!

I get the same feeling here in NJ when I see a PA license plate. Nice people, bad, bad drivers.

In the late 70’s I took a cab ride in Mexico city. These guys obviously grew up watching figure 8 demolition derbies on TV. It was a big Dodge and he didn’t hesitate to use his bumpers to get people moving or out of his way. It got the Adrenalin level up near max. We went about 5 miles in five minutes or less. I don’t remember stopping for lights, if there was space he went through it. I gave him 3 dollars for the ride and a five dollar tip for surviving.

I can’t imagine being an Uber or Lyft driver in Florida.
For example, people come to Florida who their whole life drove on the wrong side of the road. Other people come to Florida who believe if you can drive on it, it must be a travel lane. Some others believe you can make a right hand turn out off the far left hand lane (which usually turns out bad).
Then you have Florida man. Who drives the wrong way on the Howard Frankenstein bridge @100 mph.
I could go on about catfish crossing I-75 in masse...

I’ve found that driver attention and basic driving skills has plummeted since the lockdown started. Like they’re all oxygen starved or something. Of course the fact that they’re typically wearing face diapers should be my first clue, Lol.
So I tend to leave my nicer vehicles at home and rely on the beater pickup truck. One more dent won’t make any difference...
NW Arkansas. The chicken factories bus them in. My brother lives in the bad part of town where there is a target rich environment of them. He’s trapped (can’t won’t move) there so too bad for him.
We say the same with a slight difference, Massholes, New Hampshirites (but I repeat) and the worst Nude Yakers and Jerseyites.

Wait until you run into (literally) Hindus, Brits, etc drivers used to driving on the wrong side of the road!
Driving in Puerto Rico a few years ago, we were in bumper to bumper traffic on a street with one lane each way with cars parked along the curb on both sides.
We paused to let someone pull out of a parking space, thinking they would pull into the line of traffic ahead of us.
Wrong! They pulled out from the curb and made a U turn, cutting off traffic both ways. We sat there for 10 minutes waiting for people to let the idiot through.
99% of this is because of people texting or looking at their phones...especially not going when the light turns green.
The worst drivers I see are in expensive cars. Lexus attracts the worst. Probably not illegals.

The white boy in the new mustang can pay his fine, but the poor wetback will just disappear if he/she gets ticketed. There is NO MONEY in pulling them over and writing a ticket. Nice huh?
It is the doing of all democrat voters. They hate themselves so they demand a government to make all of our lives miserable.
