The 25th Amendment was invoked by VP Harris and the Biden cabinet members. Biden was deemed by the group not to be competent to solely make presidential decisions.
In a stunning surprise development, the cabinet members, all former Obama administration employees, petitioned Judge Emmet Sullivan to appoint former President Obama as Conservator for Biden. The former President was uniquely qualified to provide Biden with valuable assistance and guidance in the complex duties in running the country for which he has shown a demonstrated deficiency in the past necessitating the Conservatorship.
VP Harris vigorously protested the move stating that the Constitution required her to become President. Judge Sullivan advised her that the Constitution was only advisory and that he as a federal judge had wide powers to appoint a conservatorship instead of her becoming President.
Lawyers for VP Harris filed an emergency petition with the Supreme Court to have Harris declared President. The Supreme Court refused to hear her case because she had no standing and that it was a political matter for which the Supreme Court could not become involved in because it would hurt the feelings of a lot of politicians.
Informed sources stated that moving vans were seen at the White House bringing the Obama family and their belongings. Dr. Jill Biden, a noted medical authority, said that she and Joe were moving to the White House basement where Joe was more comfortable living and as a calming influence for his medical condition.

I thought that this would be a Harris presidency with uncle Joe hanging as a signature machine or in a safe hospital. Did not think his wife would be this controlling of the White House similar to the last days for FDR presidency.

I’m presenting facts as I see them: ADSB/MLAT data from an aircraft as presented by ADS-B Exchange.
Beyond facts, I’ll infer somewhat: There is NO POTUS on that aircraft.
As for the nuclear football, I wonder that too... I have no further data, though, to make any educated judgement on that.

The A/F assigns the designation, but if the the A/F dropped the AF1 designation from the plane then yes, you have to assume that the President is not on the plane.
Football football, who has the football? I have not heard it mentioned since January 20th and the 11:55 AM Presidential Oaf of office.
