I never bought Uncle Ben’s, and I still won’t buy it. I prefer Carolina Rice, their white rice, and especially their Seasoned Long Grain and Wild Rice packet. I cook it on top of the stove, and usually have it with chicken. It’s excellent. Instead of using the olive oil in the instructions, I substitute butter instead.
