Dr. David Fowler, Maryland's chief medical examiner from 2002 to 2019, will have 17 years' worth of his in-custody death reports independently reviewed after his testimony.

I think it’s impossible to choke somebody with your knee on their neck while they’re laying on their stomach . The windpipe is in the front of the neck and everywhere else, the neck is protected by muscles.If that weren’t the case, we may all choke ourselves just putting on a shirt and a tie
