Nothing I enjoy more than being compared to cattle.
They will be saying that even when herd immunity is irrefutably obvious.
Good news for Republicans, apparently they are immune to Covid and none of the 30% will get it or have natural immunity.
Actually observe the masked: worn with gaps around nose or under the nose, carelessly handled and stored, infrequently replaced or washed and, the biggest thing, of plain cloth that filters no pathogens, but only stops droplets.
Then, observe touching: touching store products others and cashiers and baggers have touched, touching door handles, touching mail others and carriers have touched, touching car surfaces touched on last outing, touching the mask after touching other things...
It is a joke upon ourselves, to anyone with an average IQ actually thinking about it.
I must believe that herd immunity is happening, masked or not.

Yes we are as an average across the country, but you have some states that had very little herd immunity to start with and now the vaccinations have gotten them to the peak or just past the peak of the epidemic curve and so it will take them quite a while to come down. The vaccination, because it only cuts transmission by 50 to 60% and not by 90%, it’s not that strong to shut off the infection so, yes it is adding to herd immunity but it’s not enough to bring it down fast and that’s the reason why Dr. Fauci is still espousing distancing and mask wearing and so on because he is trying to say we need more than just the 50 to 60% benefit in order to bring the infections down more quickly.
You have the states that have too little herd immunity from before that need more vaccination and the states that have lots of herd immunity like I said North Dakota, South Dakota, Tennessee and so on that don’t need the vaccinations because they already have it, a large amount of herd immunity. Their case numbers are small.
Herd Stupidity, I like that, now come up with a picture with half non masked folks enjoying life and the other half masked and afraid with herd immunity under one and herd Stupidity under the other.
