An 18-second video shows what is described as three pyramid-shaped UFOs hovering over the warship USS Russell at night in July of 2019 off the San Diego coast. At one point, the pyramid-shaped crafts reportedly hovered 700 feet over the tail of the Russell.

Months earlier, an FA-18 pilot reportedly used his cellphone to snap photos of three different unidentified aircrafts off the coast of Oceana in March including two UFOs dubbed the "Metalic Blimp" and "The Sphere."
The unidentified aircrafts captured by the pilot in March 2019 were able to remain stationary in high winds, with no movement, beyond the capability of known balloons or drones, according to the Mysterywire.com.
"I can confirm that the referenced photos and videos were taken by Navy personnel," Department of Defense spokesperson Susan Gough told Fox News. "The UAPTF [Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force] has included these incidents in their ongoing examinations."

In a separate event, three photos, leaked to Corbell, purportedly from the USS Omaha, show a "spherical" UFO descending into the ocean seamlessly disappearing without destruction. According to Corbell, a submarine unsuccessfully attempted to find the unidentified aerial vehicle.

The fact that the UAPTF is still investigating these new incidents as unidentified aerial phenomena means they’ve already ruled out that they are balloons or basic drones from another country, Corbell said.
"These craft are not pushing something out the back to go forward," Corbell explained. "They are gravitationally propelled craft that are transmedium — that can go from space to air to sea without destruction."

Apparently, the UFO was kind enough to turn on his anti-collision lights though.
The various ship logs indicate that SNOOPIE teams (Ship’s Nautical or Otherwise Photographic and Interpretive Examination team) were activated and observed the aircraft in question. Their job is to record and analyze photographic evidence...so they have plenty of photos that haven’t been released.
As I said above, if you’re going to send aircraft—unidentifiable or not—to harass a destroyer squadron, at least make sure you’re seen. Otherwise, why bother.
Sounds like something that must be looked into. Have they assigned Mulder and Scully to investigate?

The "pyramid shaped" drones at the beginning of the video looked just like this BAE Systems Taranis Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicle.
A drone powered by a radioisotope thermoelectric generator could stay in the air indefinitely and have a range of thousands of miles. We have used RTGs to power satellites and small spacecraft for over 50 years.
Those things are super scary, especially the small scale ones that fly backwards cause they look like daemons from hell as they chase you

Drones that we know of do not have the ability to fly into and out of the sea.
“That we know of” - so maybe Russia/China are ahead of us in the drone department.
What propulsion system were these decaying element reactors powering? There are no visible rotors in any of the videos. Rotors have reasonably pronounced visual signatures when observed in maritime climates using night vision optics.

I've flown off helo carriers more than a 100x. Just about every time, the visual cue seen above is visible if you're wearing NVGs. Sometimes, it's even visible if you're not wearing NVGs. It has something to do with static electricity.
If they're not being powered by rotors - and it evident that they're not - how are they staying aloft?
