If it were Russia/China, we would have been militarily conquered long ago, The UFOs seen today have been seen long ago and predate any drone technology by many, many decades. What is being seen has nothing to do with drones, but with vehicles operating with a whole new unheard manipulation of the laws of physics.
China has no advantage with drones, their drone technology having been stolen from the U.S.
