Democrat Joe Biden has unveiled his far-left agenda by signing a new gun-control executive order while announcing his anti-Second Amendment nominee to lead the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF). On Wednesday evening, the White House released a fact sheet announcing that Biden will use the Department of Justice (DOJ) to publish model red flag “legislation.”

Red Flag goes after law abiding gun owners without due process and without remedy.
Problem with attacking “ghost guns” is precisely why they’re “ghosts”: nothing to regulate. The “80%” is the legal line between what is/isn’t a gun.
And all they’ll do by pushing that line is persuade the rapidly moving industry to dinner produce a generic milling machine or sintering printer capable, by mere software (legally protected “speech” operating on a legally protected “press”), of turning a solid “0%” block of steel into a finished receiver (legally the “gun”) and likely all other parts besides the barrel (legally not a “gun”).
They need learn from prior gun control attempts, which just created new categories of high-demand guns. 10 round magazine limit? behold subcompacts and big bore pistols. Cosmetic bans? high demand for non-threaded barrels. Pistol weight limits? ultralight rifle-caliber pistols. Short barrel rifle bans? pistol braces.
Is he?
Interesting. Enforced a paperwork regulation (failure to file a Form 1 + $200), lots of people died. Let’s remind the public of this.
I have two NFA SBRs with ATF tax stamps. They will remain as-is. There will be no "turning in" of property, just updating to remain non-NFA and ATF compliant. The sad part is I've never fired a single round out of the pistol uppers. They are NIB.
I dabbled in the AR pistol for a very short time, then just went NFA SBR. The ‘pistol’ is really not very practical with just the buffer, and the brace is really creating an SBR, so I just went the SBR route with real stocks.
Personally, I dont mind a 16” barrel, preferably a pinned 14.5” barrel. I dont want it too long for carbine work, and I dont want it too short either. The reason I went with 11.5” SBRs was to be able to put on a can and still be under 16”.
You have the right idea, but aren’t taking it far enough.
Red flag all (non-military) Federal employees, due to their willful association with a self-admitted racist organization.
Biden says you can’t yell fire in a theater and call it freedom of speech.
Under the 2A, you can yell fire, and then fire!
This phony thinks that he can do what the entire 1940s Japanese military was afraid to do! ‘
“Behind every blade of grass”.
Hmmm Well I can tell them to go kiss Bite Me Biden’s ass...And then we can fight it out...
You need to feed them more often :)
And girls drink free on days that ends in ...day.
But, the short barrel cannot be stored in your house, or any place where it can be readily used.
Executive Orders have Know affect on the General Population since we are not employees of the Executive branch of the Government.
I see nothing to worry about.Except that the ATF may try and push through a policy that has No Power of law.
I'm not sure that's right - according to another thread, Dementia Joe repeatedly referred to the agency as "AFT", not "ATF". Maybe Joe renamed them - but I can't think of any possible "AFT" bureau names that make sense...
;^)
Read the verbiage. Red flag models for states. That’s a suggestion. States that want red flag laws will pass red flag laws. States that don’t want them won’t. This is the kind of deal I muslin tried with his EO. Its just smoke and mirrors.
Of course!
And their first box of ammo is free.
Perhaps you should consider a $200 stamp for one of your pistols. I would, if I owned any.
May I help?
You could just remove the brace.
