Refreshing to hear about a day that doesn’t celebrate perversity or phony racial grievances.

That’s gay. Pairing beers with food like you might with wine?
That’s that same overachieving mentality that leads to fishing celebrities in bass boats wearing matching under armor athletic clothes and setting the hook like they are trying to rip its lower jaw off.
Just enjoy whatever beer you want, with whatever you wanna eat... see?

“Lite Beer” is not beer, it’s colored water. If you drink Lite Beer, why?

20 years ago I bought two cases of a beer unknown to me at a salvage place for $20. Best stuff I've ever drank and have not been able to find it since. Moza Bock Beer made in Guatemala.

Harp Lager, Paulaner Hefeweizen and Warsteiner Pilsener for me lately.

Everyday is National Beer Day in my house, a good local IPA or two, (or three).

Three questions:
1.) By whose authority was this date selected?
2.) Why did they select a date that oftentimes coincides with Lent?
3.) Why is not every day National Beer Day?

I have two cans of Heady Topper in my spare refrigerator and as much as I want to drink them (and know they won’t remain fresh for much longer), I hate to see them go. Heady Topper is in a class by itself. (At least as far as my taste buds are concerned).

I must’ve missed where they said what foods to pair with each of those beers. And as I scrolled down and saw them listing Schlitz and Steel Reserve I decided that it didn’t matter who’s chicken wings they decided would go best with which corporate swill.

Enjoying an American India Pale Ale right now. 7% SKADOOSH from The Alchemist (first time having one) along with my leftovers from Sagano (Japanese cook-at-your-table) in Brighton, Michigan.
Restaurants are packed. Afterward hundreds of children playing in outdoor parks. ZERO masks on children and 2% on adults. Life is good.

Let’s just stick with pairing beer with more beer.
