The woman in the video clip is frantically saying we can't be allowed to enjoy freedoms unless we get the vaccine, because otherwise if we're allowed to "go out and enjoy these freedoms anyway, we won't get the vaccine.

"We have to make it clear to them that the vaccine is the ticket back to pre-pandemic life, and the window to do that is really narrowing.

I mean, you were mentioning to us about how all these states are reopening. They’re reopening at a hundred percent, and we have a very narrow window to tie reopening policy to vaccination status, because otherwise if everything is reopened, then what’s the carrot going to be? How are we going to incentivize people to actually get the vaccine?

So that’s why I think the CDC and the Biden administration needs to come out a lot bolder and say, “If you’re vaccinated, you can do all these things, here are all these freedoms that you have. Because otherwise, people are going to go out and enjoy these freedoms anyway."

They view us (and especially "us" on the right) as dumb, ignorant, shallow animals who cannot be reasoned with, but must instead, be places in a harness, and led forward by dangling a reward of a small snack in front of our faces which they fully expect us to follow.

We must always remember this. This is what they think of us.

And we must always remember that people who cannot get their way by dangling a carrot, will easilyand predictablyresort to using a stick.

28 754, 720 and 3437 circRNAs encoded by MERS-CoV, SARS-CoV-1 and SARS-CoV-2, respectively.

Viral circRNAs typically exhibit low expression levels. Moreover, majority of the viral
circRNAs exhibit expressions only in the late stage of viral infection.
Detailed analysis of the competitive interactions of viral circRNAs, human miRNAs and
mRNAs in MERS-CoV infections reveals that viral circRNAs up-regulated genes related to
mRNA splicing and processing in the early stage of viral infection, and regulated genes involved
in diverse functions including cancer, metabolism, autophagy, viral infection
in the late stage of viral infection.

Also similar analysis in SARS-CoV-2 infections reveals that its viral circRNAs down-regulated
genes associated with metabolic processes of cholesterol, alcohol, fatty acid and up-regulated
genes associated with cellular responses to oxidative stress in the late stage of viral infection.
A few genes regulated by viral circRNAs from both MERS-CoV and SARS-CoV-2 were
enriched in several biological processes such as response to reactive oxygen and centrosome localization.

True. Ivermectin and HCQ have been FDA approved and in use for decades. But, the CDC wouldn’t grant them an emergency use authorization like it did experimental ‘treatments’ dubbed vaccines, which do not prevent infection or spread.

Go To H###! I *cannot* take the vaccine for medical reasons. So I should just give up all my freedoms to please this #####?! Also, it IS an experimental vaccine with unknown side effects. So I’m supportive of people who don’t want to be guinea pigs. It should be their choice!
