The woman in the video clip is frantically saying we can't be allowed to enjoy freedoms unless we get the vaccine, because otherwise if we're allowed to "go out and enjoy these freedoms anyway, we won't get the vaccine.

"We have to make it clear to them that the vaccine is the ticket back to pre-pandemic life, and the window to do that is really narrowing.
I mean, you were mentioning to us about how all these states are reopening. They’re reopening at a hundred percent, and we have a very narrow window to tie reopening policy to vaccination status, because otherwise if everything is reopened, then what’s the carrot going to be? How are we going to incentivize people to actually get the vaccine?
So that’s why I think the CDC and the Biden administration needs to come out a lot bolder and say, “If you’re vaccinated, you can do all these things, here are all these freedoms that you have. Because otherwise, people are going to go out and enjoy these freedoms anyway."

We have been through several pandemics in my lifetime. This one has been mild and the numbers are most likely not real. We need laws to prevent political idiots from ever doing this to us again.

The whole thing was a tragic farce and unconstitutional fraud from Day 1 and this proves it.
The freedoms of the law-abiding citizens cannot be withheld and dealt back at the whim of ANYONE.

Think about it for a moment. If you’re Deep State and want to cull the herd, who are you more likely to want dead? The folks who submitted, or the people who told you to pound sand?
In which case the next plandemic will target the folks who didn’t get vaccinated.

I had natural immunity for months and will be fully vaccinated in late April.
I have faith in my vaccine choice and I don’t worry about unvaccinated people, at all.
