March 29, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) –A founder of one of the largest independent laboratories in Idaho is declaring loud and clear that the greatest weapon against the coronavirus is Vitamin D.
“(The) biggest lost message in this entire pandemic is Vitamin D. It is the master key to your immune system, the master key. So we don't just have a viral pandemic, we have an international Vitamin D deficiency pandemic – i.e., 70 percent of the world is immune-suppressed,” Dr. Ryan Cole, founder of Cole Diagnostics, said during a March Capitol Clarity talk hosted by the Idaho Freedom Foundation.

As I pulled into the driveway, I had flipped on the radio a few blocks before. Not linking what I had on my regular channels I switched over to a 3rd.
And it was.....drum roll....Coast-to-Coast. LOL
Well, anyways the guy was recommending D AND Vitamin A (for healthy cells - have no idea who the guy was).
I’m taking D3, Zinc, C. That’s my semi-supplement cocktail.
I also have Biotin (would like to hear what ppl think of it). I got some garlic, some B12 and some iron tablets.
I don’t consume this stuff too regularly but maybe once a week on average.
Saw a 24 minute video of this guy last night, he was very convincing.

I have been taking 5-10,000 IU per day for the past couple of months.
Biotin is great for hair and nails.
Swanson Vitamins is the place to go for inexpensive, high quality supplements.
They have a huge selection of products and even have a lot of single ingredient items. I even can find stuff there I can take and I react to almost everything.
I recently got a double order of Zinc (my latest order) and some D3. I’ve still got a couple of Biotin, have gone through 1/2 a bottle so far over the months.
Thanks for the note.
FYSA - I was taking zinc, magnesium and D3 supplements when I came down with Covid in Jan 20.
Yikes - hope you are better now?
Swanson’s biotin is dirt cheap compared to everywhere else.
It’s just biotin in rice flour.
I’ll try to take a look tomorrow. Thanks
Lose weight. 80% of those who died are overweight.
Yes, thank you. I have the ‘long tail’ symptoms tho. Many of them. Delirium and fatigue are the most predominant. Long walks help a lot. The Pfizer vaccine (1-shot) also helped. At this point a brisk 90 min walk gives me 2 days of energy, stamina and clear headedness. It used to help for only a few hours. By my estimation I have another 1-2 years to full recovery.
May God be with you and heal you. Hang in there.
I would like to recommend MY To Your Health vitamin & mineral liquid. It has everything! Seriously, take a look. It’s expensive but dirt cheap when you take into account all that it contains. I don’t eat properly, so it’s well worth it to me. Also, it’s a liquid so enters your system fast, unlike pills that don’t get fully absorbed.

I’m on 5,000 iu of D, half a zinc (25) half a B12 and a couple of flintstones vitamins. The flinstones were the only thing that actually helped with my anemia.

Glad you found a label that you like.
For the most part, I’ve been using the same brand for almost 25 years. Relatively small company which makes Pharma-grade supplements and does not source anything from China.
I came to the conclusion after a fair amount of reading that was a little on the high side, and dialed back to 5000 IU every other day.
What company is that?
