As I pulled into the driveway, I had flipped on the radio a few blocks before. Not linking what I had on my regular channels I switched over to a 3rd.
And it was.....drum roll....Coast-to-Coast. LOL
Well, anyways the guy was recommending D AND Vitamin A (for healthy cells - have no idea who the guy was).
I’m taking D3, Zinc, C. That’s my semi-supplement cocktail.
I also have Biotin (would like to hear what ppl think of it). I got some garlic, some B12 and some iron tablets.
I don’t consume this stuff too regularly but maybe once a week on average.
Biotin is great for hair and nails.
Swanson Vitamins is the place to go for inexpensive, high quality supplements.
They have a huge selection of products and even have a lot of single ingredient items. I even can find stuff there I can take and I react to almost everything.
Add magnesium - 400 mg/day.

Boost your immune system: 5000 IU of Vitamin D3 with 100 MCG of Vitamin K2 400 MG of Magnesium 1000 MG of Vitamin C 50 MG of Zinc Every day! Let’s stay healthy during the flu season! Talk to your doctor first to make sure.
Evidently, magnesium “activates” D3. Over 50% of the population is deficient in magnesium.
I was on separate D3/Zinc/C for a while but have chosen a Walmart brand of multivitamin that gives me most of what I need - I take 25mg of extra zinc every other day to keep the levels up (zinc lingers in the system for a bit) and I take an extra 500mg of C each day. Other than that, I take 1000 mg of Quercetin every other day and about a gram of Ivermectin every 4 weeks. Been doing it for almost 5 months and not taking any special precautions and still not sick - if I caught the bug, it was very gentle on my 68 year old body.
Great, summer is coming. This should be a good boost for all the nudist camps. Natural Vit D is the best way.
