Just before the 2022 mid-terms. Maybe tie it to some castrated version of Halloween – Yes, you can walk around wearing costumes, but no touching neighbors. Maybe pair it with a parade in selected cites, just like those the USSR used to throw in Moscow’s Red Square.

The plan is to make a glorious announcement, a stupendous (sterile) celebration of how the Democratic National (strike that, “nation” is a bad word) Democratic Native-peoples Communist party defeated the previous administration’s pandemic. Emphasize that, not Covid, “his/its” pandemic. After all, all the trouble was not the fault of our (not brothers/sisters) …uhhh…allies in China. It was all because the racists and deplorables put a monster in the WH back in 2016.

Anyhoo, it will be timed as just before the mailing out of all the ballots, but not so early that the reports of permanent economic damage and extensive extra deaths come to the surface in spite of the MSM’s efforts. This will create an enormous sigh of relief from everyone, enough to ensure that the House stays firmly in the DNC’s hands. See! Look what we did! Now, there won’t really be “certified” voting results until near the end of Nov – can’t say Thanksgiving – that is banned because it is racist. And, ballots won’t have really been counted, the machines will handle everything. Actually, don’t bother mailing in any ballots – we know how you will/should vote. Just like the machines “predicted” the 2020 election results. In fact, since each ballot is barcoded with your name, you should be very careful what sort of paper trail you create from now on.

In early Dec Pres Harris (oh, didn’t I mention that? – the first non-male mocha Pres), will announce numerous infrastructure improvements “IT” just signed.
