The mRNA vaccine produces a defensive response to the ‘spike’ protein the Covid virus uses to infect cells.
The mRNA vaccine induces production of antibodies against the ‘spike’.
Whatever the faults of the vaccine, or really the health profession - which has us failed here- this is a valid “vaccine”.
The big question is, what is anyone going to do about it?

In that case it is designed to turn people into Covid-19 creators and spreaders, right?
They’re a legally defined term under CDC and FDA standards, and a vaccine specifically has to stimulate, both an immunity within the person receiving it but it also has to disrupt transmission. And that’s not what this is. They have been abundantly clear in saying that the mRNA strand going into the cell is not to stop transmission.
But the mRNA strand causes the cell to produce the protein in question which the body then develops the immune response to. This is like saying that the smallpox vaccine using vaccinia virus wasn't a vaccine because it didn't produce an immune response but rather caused your body to produce more vaccinia viruses. But that is how it produced immunity to the smallpox variola virus - by having the body create enough of the related vaccinia virus to create an immune response.
I would have to see the exact legal definition of a vaccine to see why the smallpox vaccine would count and the mRNA vaccines by Pfizer and Moderna don't - and even then I would say that the law is falling behind the science.
Moderna was started as a chemotherapy company for cancer, not a vaccine manufacturer for SARS-COV2.
And BMW started as a manufacturer of airplane engines. Does that mean every BMW on the road is really an airplane? Companies evolve and add new expertise. Using Moderna's origins is a silly argument.
I tried to watch the linked video, but only the first minute showed where Dr. Martin was defining a vaccine but no further information.

Whatever these cv19 gene therapies are, they are not necessary. The scamdemic would have completely failed without the restrictions on effective treatments, without the social media bans on discussing those treatments, without the phony death numbers, if we had adopted a basic public health measure of testing everyone for vitamin D levels and then raising them as needed, and on and on.

The viral m-RNA enters your cells and takes over you cell protein producing machinery and forces it to produce the outer spike proteins of the virus. They then exist the cell and your immune system reacts to the produced viral proteins.

I would recommend only taking a real vaccine that is made of killed or attenuated viral protein that your immune system reacts to. Nothing enters your cells forcing them to produce foreign protein.

Meanwhile, normal people (those of us with a brain, anyway) are rightfully skeptical once the facts are reviewed.
1.) This experimental garbage was rushed through with absolutely no validity, testing, or otherwise reliability rating.
2.) You are absolutely DISALLOWED to take legal action against anyone (corporate creator, government agent, or any other person connected to its dissemination) related to this garbage through a corporate-government order. Even if the person dies or suffers permanent impairment as the direct result of injecting this poisonous crap.
3.) There is no one, who can be taken seriously anyway, who has proven this crap is totally effective at stopping the spread/infection of this scamdemic.
The same situation occurs after taking the measles vaccination. The vaccine creates antibodies that attacks the measles virus after it enters the body. However, this attack is not faster than the measles virus that enters the cell and takes over the machinery of the ribosomes to produce new measles viruses. During that time, the troops are coming but not before the virus is able to shed out through the respiratory system. Because the measles virus does not reproduce at any high level, the viral load that is shed is so low, that people are not likely to be infected. This window of opportunity for the measles virus is made very short because of the antibodies created by the measles vaccine.
COVID-19 takes over the machinery of the ribosomes and reproduces a tremendous load of new viruses very quickly. A vaccinated person may shed enough viruses to infect others before the antibody troops round them up.

Don’t tell that to the Israelis. They have the largest real world study and the highest percentage vaccinated in the world they are just about at herd immunity levels and there cases are in mass decline. 95+% of hospital cases are now unvaccinated people. 94% effective against asymptomatic infection means 94% of people cannot pass it on if they are not infected at all and they found a higher rate against symptomatic infection. For the Israelis the Pfizer vaccine is going to end the pandemic for them and soon. They already have opened normal life back up for holders of a two dose card. Sorry antivax loons the Pfizer vax is working and it’s as effective in the real world as the vaccine that wiped smallpox off the face of the planet. Smallpox vax was also 95% at best.
