It wasn’t an earth-shattering Monday morning when it came to Supreme Court orders, but court watchers may have noticed that the justices, without comment or explanation, jettisoned more lingering 2020 election challenges. It happened one week after SCOTUS cleared out several similar cases and the morning after Donald Trump repeated the “stolen” election lie to his loyal followers at CPAC.
The Supreme Court rejected two mandamus petitions that Sidney Powell and other “Kraken”-aligned lawyers filed in late December. Those cases were stylized as In re Tyler Bowyer, et al. and In Re William Feehan. The cases took issue with the election results in Arizona and Wisconsin, where Trump lost to Joe Biden.
“The petitions for writs of mandamus are denied,” the court said Monday. That’s it, that’s the order.

There is no more law or legal process.
There is only one way to end the corruption in the court and that is to find out what the swamp has on Roberts and Kavanaugh and publish it. That effectively end the blackmail.
Someone knows. And someone on our side has the ability to find that someone who knows.

Today, however, is different and it's time now to start manipulating the perception of the SCOTUS's refusal to hear the cases. They start by pretending "Monday's" decision to decline to hear election fraud cases is today's Monday, not last week's Monday. *smh*

The Court is today a political body. The law means little . Truth and decency mean even less.

At this point, the good guys are doing this.
It’s a show folks (Think Truman Show - the movie). Things are progressing to a conclusion. Trump in his Orlando SOTU was a positive marker for things to come.
The choice is yours - be scared (not a movie) or be amused (movie).

It sickens me to see them call it “the lie”. I guess the supremes are useless/compromised.
The supremes are products of the modern political establishment. The fully bipartisn nature of the steal precludes them from taking action. Every single “Trump” SCOTUS judge has been utterly useless.
SCOTUS almost never grants a Writ of Mandamus in any case. They prefer to let cases play out in the lower courts and then if they want take it on a Writ of Certiorari on a fully developed record. There is no conspiracy here.
I figure each judge was given a sheet of paper and all their info about family and kids was on it...Just to let you know what we know about you and your family....
I don’t. Occam’s razor applies here. The Trump judges are betraying the Constitution because that is what they want to do.
The Attorneys General of the various states are the ones who should be pursuing this. The state officials and judges who openly broke state election laws are the proper place to start, imho. The evidence of fraud and what not all flows from their actions. The most egregious case to me is the state of Georgia, followed closely by Arizona. The AG’s of those 2 states should be heavily pressured to do their jobs. Obviously, the oaths they took were just words to be mouthed during the photo op.

We still have liberty even though it is getting more difficult to see it through all the fog. The fence and the NG are not there to protect the people from our government, but to protect our government from the people. When the government fears the people there is liberty, but when the people fear the government there is tyranny. Keep the faith.
They're not even trying to hide it any more.
And to think we cheered when President Trump's picks were confirmed. Now, much like when I supported W, all I can do is shake my head at how delusional I was.
Gorsuch also voted to hear the appeal. Trump nominees Kavanaugh and Coney-Barrett voted no.
