It wasn’t an earth-shattering Monday morning when it came to Supreme Court orders, but court watchers may have noticed that the justices, without comment or explanation, jettisoned more lingering 2020 election challenges. It happened one week after SCOTUS cleared out several similar cases and the morning after Donald Trump repeated the “stolen” election lie to his loyal followers at CPAC.
The Supreme Court rejected two mandamus petitions that Sidney Powell and other “Kraken”-aligned lawyers filed in late December. Those cases were stylized as In re Tyler Bowyer, et al. and In Re William Feehan. The cases took issue with the election results in Arizona and Wisconsin, where Trump lost to Joe Biden.
“The petitions for writs of mandamus are denied,” the court said Monday. That’s it, that’s the order.

I think if any of this stuff actually gets heard, then everything in the world just blows up. So none of it will be heard.
At this point, the good guys are doing this.
It’s a show folks (Think Truman Show - the movie). Things are progressing to a conclusion. Trump in his Orlando SOTU was a positive marker for things to come.
The choice is yours - be scared (not a movie) or be amused (movie).
It really does seem that way.
No shocker here. I’d need to be wrapped in a blanket with shock if they pursued it.
I’m thinking that behind the scenes was a discussion similar to “what if we take one of these cases and they win??? For the sake of the Nation we cannot overturn the Harris presidency.” [where the sake of the Nation calls for just that!]

This is a total disgrace and capitulation.
If they KNEW the charges were false, they would have reviewed the cases and dismissed them.
By not acting on these cases, they are not setting the matter to rest.
On the contrary, they are setting fire to a rebellion. When people can’t find closure in the law, other measures are resorted to. It’s historical fact.
Roberts and his three henchmen should be impeached along with the liberals
Obviously compromised, threatened, or just plain cowards. Add a dash of dastardly backstabbers. I suspect a combination of all the above. Deep State must have photos of Barrett from one of those sorority parties.
What I dislike about reporting like this, is it does not break down HOW the judges voted.

What is the conclusion?
As a matter of logic, the best way to refute that there was fraud would be to allow it to be adjudicated. So it would seem that as a matter of national security (not something that is under the Supreme Court’s purview) to suppress it, for fear of the reaction of the people. Not just the half of the country that got cheated, but the half that will inevitably feel that the courts wasn’t to interfere with their victory. They look at it as a no-win situation.

Almost all of congress is in on it.
That is why you see congress hiding behind no-climb fence topped with razor wire and guarded by NG with machine guns.
It is their own Green Zone.
If they pull out the NG they will be replaced with fed.gov operators but the razor wire fence will stay.
The deep state and progs did not steal the 2020 election, they captured it and are now occupying it.
