It really does seem that way.
As a matter of logic, the best way to refute that there was fraud would be to allow it to be adjudicated. So it would seem that as a matter of national security (not something that is under the Supreme Court’s purview) to suppress it, for fear of the reaction of the people. Not just the half of the country that got cheated, but the half that will inevitably feel that the courts wasn’t to interfere with their victory. They look at it as a no-win situation.
