It wasn’t an earth-shattering Monday morning when it came to Supreme Court orders, but court watchers may have noticed that the justices, without comment or explanation, jettisoned more lingering 2020 election challenges. It happened one week after SCOTUS cleared out several similar cases and the morning after Donald Trump repeated the “stolen” election lie to his loyal followers at CPAC.
The Supreme Court rejected two mandamus petitions that Sidney Powell and other “Kraken”-aligned lawyers filed in late December. Those cases were stylized as In re Tyler Bowyer, et al. and In Re William Feehan. The cases took issue with the election results in Arizona and Wisconsin, where Trump lost to Joe Biden.
“The petitions for writs of mandamus are denied,” the court said Monday. That’s it, that’s the order.

The Supreme Court judges took an oath to uphold the constitution, and to uphold law I. An unbiased objective manner.
They are NOT upholding their oath. God has very serious condemnations for those into who’s hands are put the awesome responsibility of justice, who nontheless are corrupt, and who do not protect EVERYONE EQUALLY!
Being a judge has a verbal responsibility, attached to it, and God expects judges to take it very very seriously.

It sickens me to see them call it “the lie”. I guess the supremes are useless/compromised. What recourse is left? I’ve read the military but I don’t see it if they let it go this far. So then, the results stand and every election after this will be the same because once you let them get away with it, they’ll do it every time if there are no consequences. The republic is doa. Welcome to the USSA. Socialism or worse.

I figure each judge was given a sheet of paper and all their info about family and kids was on it...Just to let you know what we know about you and your family....
It was an unsigned order with no recorded dissents, so presumably it was unanimous.

When denying cert the court usually doesn't say. All you know is that the number of justices voting to hear the case is between zero and three.
The Republic was DOA at noon on Usurpation Day, January 20, 2009 when ALL of our elected AND appointed abrogated the Constitution by swearing in the ineligible Kenyan from Indonesia.
