Vitamin D is the key to health.
And yet Med Cram won’t cover Fluvoxamine or Ivermectin.
Interesting.

(i just started paying very close attention to all of the above in the last 6 months. it helps being retired and having the time to examine, research and record)
A young doctor wrote an article many years ago suggesting D3 is essential for supporting good health and our immune system. He also wrote how our modern society does not allow most of us to get all the D3 we need naturally. Big medicine buried him under a storm of criticism. Turns out he was right though. The need for D3 in diet was also supported by veterinary medicine before the young doctor wrote his article.
I take 10,000 units a day plus C plus Zinc and have for at least 15 years and have seldom been sick or for very long in all those years. Not often sick before but did go down with flu or cold or serious throat infection at least once a winter. Not any more.
Since then I've noticed all sorts of maladies that were helped with Vitamin D. At first I was scared to take too much because I've heard you can OD on Vitamin D, so I was alarmed when MD Anderson gave me 50 thousand units once a week for 3 weeks just to get me started with 5k units twice a day for 10k a day. I've been on it for many years now and don't get sick anymore.
I know I've been exposed to people with Covid and have never gotten sick in the last 6 months. I'm convinced It has kept me well during this time and if I were to get sick it would be a slighter case.
