I've taken 2,000 to 5,000 IU of Vitamin D daily for decades now.
I eat plenty of eggs and fatty fish (like sardines and salmon).
I get out into the sun (sans sunscreen) during the summer months.
Never been sick, ever. Except maybe the common cold every few years with a few sniffles and runny nose. Have never been a patient in a hospital ever - and I'm nearly 60 years old.
Never been on prescription pills.
During this Chinese virus, I've been to Manhattan at least once a week, riding trains and all. Go to restaurants all the time.
I was in Washington DC on Jan 6 sans mask and social distancing.

Beer is a damn close 2nd and you can always do a wedge of orange in a nice wheat beer for vitamin C on a sunny deck for vitamin D 🍺🍺🍺🍺
