I’ve been taking all those plus more every morning of my life for the last 40 years. I have more than immunity— I am extremely healthy.
Had a huge molar pulled 2 weeks ago. Doc gave me prescription for strong pain pills. Filled prescription, never had to take even one after novocaine wore off.
Had another two pulled a couple of days ago. Doc was surprised that I still had all of the pain pills left, said this time would really hurt, prescribed another, stronger med.. Didn’t need it. I’m not toughing it out, I didn’t have any pain whatsoever. Nurse in his office agrees that I’m just extremely healthy. “Tissue health.”
BTW, at 84, I’m in the alleged “high risk group,” but taking my time deciding about vaccines. Johnson and Johnson UK has one-shot vax coming up. My other friends who do research like this one too.
Interesting your daily regimen.of which my own is somewhat similar. As to vitamin D; I asked Doctor to check level along with the annual comprehensive panel. I had been taking 2500iu daily for 6+ months. My BMI is 25. Result was my D level was 30...ok, but I had expected higher. I’ve doubled it to 5000 day for the last month and will test again after a full 90 days. Goal is to be >40. So healthy me who never was taking D supplements was D deficient. I’m a walker, swimmer, golfer and am in the sun most of the year. Everyone should know their D level.
