Rand at least seemed aware that the moment called for calling out Queeg, which he did, but without the alacrity to brand Roberts a coward (as Roberts has shirked his duties viz the Constitutionally correct role as Presiding Officer, but also as the 50-50 tiebreaker) and also slap Wallace senseless, which would have been a viral video moment, which apparently is all that matters anymore.
