I’m not sure it wasn’t fake. The gun was pointed down the hallway when it was fired. She was allegedly shot in the neck with a .40 and there is no blood. There should have been blood everywhere. From all the different video, that whole scene looked staged.

Those are all fair questions, but the big question, "Who was it", can be answered by Oklahoma congressman MarkWayne Mullin, who was close enough to the killing to say after the fact that the killer "had no choice" except to shoot Ashli.
