Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.

When I was allowed I patrolled her tweets now and then to offset trolls. They are really vile with her.
I think she is awesome.
She also tweets very cautiously. Twit-land would prove itself quite petty to suspend or ban her but a storm tweet most likely would trigger them.
For a prominent storm tweet to stick, that would require a major hack or seizing power over Twit. The Left can muddle a plan like that.
So just to be clear, whatever happens from this point forward, did NOT happen under Trump’s presidency.

I don’t know when this started, but it’s been done for awhile.
Presidents Clinton and W. Bush did this and I’m pretty sure Obama did this.
In General
One of their first E.O.s is - If you’re employed by the Feds, you can’t leave and lobby, usually for an x period of time. It revokes the E.O.(usually the last) from the last president who releases Fed employees to go ahead and lobby.
You could probably chase E.O. 13770 and 13490 to see how it works.
