WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi did not answer when asked on Friday about when she plans to send the single impeachment article against President Donald Trump to the Senate, which would begin the trial process in that chamber.
“We’re working on taking this to trial...and you’ll be the first to know when we announce that we’re going over there,” Pelosi told reporters at a briefing, noting that the House had just passed the article on Wednesday.

Here's one that I've not heard anyone else saying (it's not the Most-Likely theory that I would bet on, but who knows): That the plan is for Biden to be able to posture as Joe the Magnanimous, Joe the Generous, Joe the Forgiver of Sins, etc. The MSM will weep great tears of joy for how wonderful he is, and compare him to Jesus. He will announce that he's begged Nancy to Move Forward As One Nation by dropping the impeachment, which Nancy will make a big show of doing with great reluctance ... "Ok, but only because YOU asked, Joe". And he might even issue a pardon covering what the Prosecutorial Abusers in S Dist. NY State and in DC are planning to hit Trump with.
The MSM will continue to praise Saint Joseph for his charity and generosity for the next 4 years, and every time Trump utters even a peep of an implied criticism of Joe, they will scream in outrage, "HOW DARE HE!?! How can he show such ingratitude for the fact that the only reason he's not rotting in prison is because of the saintly forgiving heart of Joe?"
Biden is calling for unity and Pelosi and Schumer are hot after the President. That shows that the democrats are nothing but hypocrites.

Trump or his attorneys (if he can find any lawyers willing to take his case) could challenge a Bill of Attainder on the basis of Article I, Sec. 9 of the Constitution ("No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto law shall be passed.") But the enhanced 15-member Supreme Court (after Stacy Abrams, Sheila Jackson-Lee, Michelle Obama, Hillary Clinton, Elizabeth Warren and Adam Schiff have been added) will vote 10-5 against Trump.

Since that witch intends to put a civilian on trial, why was Hillary not put on trial when she was out of office as Sec of State?
