If Pelosi sent unconstitutional mock impeachment to Senate then that would be additional evidence that she should be booted out of Congress under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment imo.

Actually they are trying to use Sec. 3 of the 14th amendment to ban Trump from holding any federal office in the future. Given the difficulty of getting 67 "guilty" votes in the Senate (with the serious legal doubt of whether a private citizen can be impeached), that may be an easier route to go. Find a court that finds Trump guilty of "insurrection" and then he is banned. Might not be hard to do in DC.

Or maybe they can just pass a Bill of Attainder that declares that Donald J. Trump may not hold any federal office during the remainder of his life.

Trump or his attorneys (if he can find any lawyers willing to take his case) could challenge a Bill of Attainder on the basis of Article I, Sec. 9 of the Constitution ("No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto law shall be passed.") But the enhanced 15-member Supreme Court (after Stacy Abrams, Sheila Jackson-Lee, Michelle Obama, Hillary Clinton, Elizabeth Warren and Adam Schiff have been added) will vote 10-5 against Trump.
