I interpret that as his acceptance that it will not be a Trump administration. I don’t like it and was not sure this was over until I heard him say that.

The Trump/Pence set-to was all a set up. The objection exercise was misinformation, distraction, never meant to go anywhere. The final piece of the trap was allowing (and recording in real time) the steal of the GA elections

I told hubby during supper that I needed to listen to President Trump’s message again before deciding what I think he was relaying. With that, the quote you shared is my focus because he did NOT state concession to Biden bin Hiden.
