The cursor in this screenshot at the 2-second mark points to a plume of smoke. If you watch for that plume in the video you will see it appear and move across the screen. A second later the explosion cloud appears.
We live in interesting times.
I don’t think it’s a missile or anything but it does seem to proceed things by a bit.
It’s like a cola blowing a cap and then a big foamy mess lower down.
Would it help us to better know what type of ‘bomb’ he set up?

Exactly right. The angle on the video is so high and far away one can't possibly expect to see the actual explosion which is down on the street behind the buildings. Being a crappy video with no color doesn't help either.
What we're probably seeing is the immediate aftermath of the explosion-- some type of debris being launched followed by the smoke plume from the explosion below.
It’s clearly something thrown up at a high velocity during the first milliseconds of the blast, followed by the smoke of the explosion.
I don’t think we can tell from this angle.
Good call to have the mods change your post to delete mention of a missile strike. :-) The video of the explosion is still of interest.
The poor guy sleeping in his RV was collateral damage.
But dead men do make convenient scapegoats.
Neither of us is wrong for disagreeing with the other.
What else do you have to show us that what you see in that video is a missile? You don’t have to convince us. But do you think you can convince a jury with that video?
The debris goes in the wrong direction for the explsion to have come from the RV . The debris faces the RV that means it came from the top down and a fire ball came out the building .
Slow that video down and you can see a vapor trail coming from the sky . That was a missile .
The RV is to make people look the other way.
The back up to the UPS system generators could have very well been natural gas.
They need to know who would know that and where it is located.
You have to have software to frame by frame it and see it clear . You can see a clear vapor trail
I’m on a tiny iPhone 7 and if I zoom in, I see the initial shockwave. I still hsven’t sorted out if the RV was the source of the blast.
If it was just a car bomb, why did they shut down the airspace over Nashvile?
Why would he be sleeping in his RV downtown on Christmas morning when his home was nearby.
Did they positively identify this guys remains?
The Nashville police chief has said what may be human remains were found nearby. No one has reported anyone inside the RV yet.

I didn’t know if I missed something, I don’t know if Anthony Quinn is dead or not.
I just know that an address would be connected to a registered vehicle (one that’s not blasted to powder) and that’s how they could/would have Anthony Quinn’s name and an address to search.
He could have been murdered and someone took his RV, he could have been kidnapped, he could be the remains at the scene- we don’t know yet.
I was in bed with my husband one night when we were visiting relatives ‘Up Nawth’.
There was a powerful thunderstorm going on, and at one point I am certain I felt a sort of ‘shock wave’ hit the room and enter my body before I even heard the (very close) thunder - probably the loudest thunder I’ve ever heard. I don’t recall seeing lightning at all.
I ran this experience by a scientist, who told me that I somehow had confused ‘before and after’.
But I knew what I had experienced. I had started to yell, ‘What was That???’ a split second before we heard the thunder.
I think there are probably lots of odd phenomena that our instruments can’t yet track/record properly.
