SCOTUS REJECTS Texas Lawsuit! Here’s Why THIS IS NOT OVER BY A LONGSHOT!!! (Substantive part of video begins at 3:45.)

Giuliani's Team has filed suits in the 4 states (WI, MI, PA and GA)where Trump DOES HAVE STANDING since he was directly affected by the fraud.

Because of these case and additional cases filed by Sean Parnell, the Dominion case and others, Turley believes there is a solid chance that the President of the Senate, Mike Pence, will not certify the electors, who vote on December 14th. As a result, a fully contested election will get thrown to the House of Representatives where the state delegates will elect Trump. There are 30 Republican state delegations and 20 Democrat.

If the States do not have standing as to the results of fraud in a National election for the supreme executive office...

Then who exactly the f*ck does?

The Chinese have standing against Trump.

I think they are saying only Trump has standing. The riffraff that will suffer under a fascist Biden dictatorship are irrelevant.

Turley is on solid ground. I think this is the case we have been waiting for. The Texas case may have just been a distraction to get to this case.

If a court does not want to rule on the case because the law is clearly on the side of the plaintiff and the legal decision would be disagreeable then they pull the dodge of claiming the plaintiff has "no standing."

Hmmm.
Sadly, I think it IS over.
And yes, I do believe all the accusations of cheating.
When is OUR side gonna start rioting and acting the fool?
I’m READY!

If we don’t win any of these court cases, and the state legislatures don’t act, will Pence have the courage to reject states?

The President has/had standing. The subpreme court is illegitimate.

I’d like to see what JONATHAN Turley has to say about the SCOTUS ruling.

VP Pence doesn’t have the authority to reject states. Only Congress does and that would require both chambers agreeing to do so. All VP Pence does is preside over the counting of the votes and announces the results.

I have heard differently- that he does have that authority. But I could be wrong.

VP Pence’s role in the counting is essentially ceremonial.

We may see team efforts of, say, Gaetz and Cruz (the objection phase requires it to be in writing and signed by 1 of each chamber), but once that is entered, each chambers deliberates and then returns a yea or nay to the challenge. It takes 2 yeas to accept the challenge, and the House will never do so.
