I think they are saying only Trump has standing. The riffraff that will suffer under a fascist Biden dictatorship are irrelevant.

Then who exactly the f*ck does?" If a court does not want to rule on the case because the law is clearly on the side of the plaintiff and the legal decision would be disagreeable then they pull the dodge of claiming the plaintiff has "no standing."

I asked that same question and one of the crazy answers I got was Trump is still President so there’s no demonstrable damage until the day Biden is sworn in, at which point it won’t be able to be remedied.
