Even the last minute changes made to the election procedures in some states, per,it ting the Dems to cheat to their hearts’ content, were done invoking the “Covid emergency.”
I wish that before Harris/Obama pack the Supreme Court, the Court would rule on the issue of authorities (often just health officials) suspending the Constitution for “health reasons.” I don’t recall seeing that exception in the document.
