For about 4 months now I've been taking: 500 mg Quercetin daily ( supplement for HCQ) 50 mg Zinc Daily 5000 iu D3 daily 1000 mg C. 2x daily 600 mg N-A-C for immunity lung and liver support 100 mg K-2 (gets the D3 into the cells)

One definite thing that Ive noticed is how clear my lungs are and I'm wondering if any others notice the same? If you've been on this regimen, please let us all know how its working for you. Thank you.

Tested negative several times via my work testing program
I work in a hospital and have been on the front lines throughout. I started taking D3/K2 in 2-3 times to recommended daily allowance in February.
Like others, not a sniffle and have had much more energy from the vitamins.
Been taking D and K2 for the last 5 winters and didn’t catch any of the bugs that went through the office.
Before that I always got sick in the winter.

I wonder if this works with MRSA.
(We take Queircetin,D3,Zinc,K2,tumeric,and B complex everyday. So far not a sniffle.)
I also take “Quercetin Zinc” capsules which includes:
Quercetin —— 530mg
Bromelain —— 30mg
Nettle Root — 50mg
Vitamin C —— 120mg
Vitamin D3 -— 25mg
Zinc -———— 7.5mg
I take two daily plus one Centrum Silver (men’s).
I’m doing A-OK for an old 80 year old retired Navy codger.

BTW, I have read that it is best-absorbed with black pepper...There are supplements that include both in same pill.

I have been taking this regimen since the first thread, along with 500 mg BHT daily. I have worked daily since the scamdemic started, and have not had any cold or flu.
Note: BHT dissolves the E protein envelope of viruses- the ball shaped shell that holds the RNA. Effective against many bad things like herpes, HIV, etc. Coronavirus is not the only virus with that structure. Had a cold sore the other day, and dissolved some BHT with a drop of water and applied directly to the cold sore. It was gone that evening.

NAC leaves the body quickly. We all might do better to take a sustained release form of the same amount. Jarrow has one. Also, it might be better to take it when you think you have an actual issue.
Something that can get us a better form of NAC than the supplements have is broccoli and brown mustard powder. This special form of NAC also gets past the blood brain barrier. On top of that, this gets you a prized extra compound: sulforaphane.

From what I have read, 50mg of Zinc is the max amount and for short term duration only. I would advise you to research it further and consider cutting back the zinc.
While I have N-A-C on hand, I do not take it on a regular basis.
A couple of days before I have to go out to the store or Dr.(where I might be exposed) I raise the quantities as well as a couple of days afterwards, then cut back down to a lesser amount.
What is 500 mg BHT, please?
