I would support a declaration of martial law.

The Trump Inauguration Party, how it should go.

The Inauguration of President Trump, the true winner, by Mitch McConnell, Mark Meadows, newly named Chief Justice Amy Cony Barrett is now being planned.

The White House will bow be located temporarily in Mara Largo until Trump forces can indict, arrest and prosecute the perpetrators of the vast electoral fraud , to wit, the dumping of illegal, unverified ballots which were blind process counted and in many cases double and triple counted on Dominion machines in 5 swing states.

The US Marines are loyal to President Trump and not covered by the Posse Comitatus Act and are providing security for the Trump Presidency from Camp Lejeune and elsewhere.

Traitors Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, and Chuck Schumer have fled the United States to seek safety in the People’s Republic of China. This occurred shortly after a contingent of US Marines secured the US Congress and The Supreme Court
to prevent desecration of these institutions and their buildings and infrastructure. Congress is due to sit in emergency session in 30 days.Chief Justice John Roberts, Associate Justice Sonia Sotomayor, Associate Justice Elena Kagan tendered their retirement notices a week ago.

Both the FBI and the Department of Justice have been dismantled pending a com[;ete administrative purge and overhaul due to be completed within the year.

A week before his inauguration President Trump joyfully Declared Martial Law for a period of one year, with the continuing counsel of the US Congress, and the Senate will convene immediately to name three new Associate Justices of the Supreme Court, Rudy Giuliani, Sydney Powell and Lin Wood.

He’s going to veto the Defense appropriations bill, the NDAA, this week. That will cripple with Department of Defense. That tells me that martial law is off the table.

Funny, because Alex Jones is in bed with Putin and Russia, who, in turn, are in bed with communist China.

First Russia-China naval war games underway in Mediterranean

By Carol J. Williams
May 11, 2015

Reporting from Moscow —

Neither Russia nor China has one inch of coastline on the Mediterranean Sea, making it an unlikely and provocative venue for their first joint naval war games.

The 10 days of maneuvers that got underway Monday will include live-fire exercises in the strategic sea connecting Europe, Africa and the Middle East. The point is lost on no one: A powerful new alliance of eastern giants is flexing its muscles in the very backyard of Western Europe — much as China has done on its own in the Pacific.

The war games follow Chinese President Xi Jinping’s visit to Moscow, where he headlined Victory Day celebrations and spent three days making billion-dollar deals with Russian President Vladimir Putin. ...”

Russia and China’s Growing Military Interaction; Surprised?

by Peter Zwack | September 9, 2018

The drums are already rolling for the upcoming Russian “Vostok” (east) wargames commencing on September 11. With its focal point in the Trans-Baikal region of eastern Siberia adjoining Chinese Manchuria and Mongolia, this is a nationwide Russian military and societal event.

Touted by Russian minister of defense Sergei Shoigu as “unprecedented in scale, both in terms of area of operations and numbers of military command structure, troops, and forces involved,” Russian state press is declaring that up to three hundred thousand troops and one thousand aircraft will be involved, with the majority from the Eastern and Central Military Districts.

This would be even larger than the near-legendary Zapad-81 maneuvers held in the western USSR during the depths of the Cold War. ...”

Peace Mission 2005

Peace Mission 2005 was the first ever joint military exercise between China and Russia.

The exercise started on August 19, 2005, and consisted of combined land, sea, and air elements simulating an intervention in a state besieged by terrorists or political turmoil.

It concluded on August 25, 2005. The force practiced air and naval blockades, an amphibious assault, and occupying a region. Approximately 8,000 Chinese troops took part along with 2,000 Russian troops.

China initially wanted to hold the exercise near the Taiwan Strait, Russia wanted to hold the exercise in Northwestern China near central Asia, but instead settlement was made on the Shandong Peninsula.

There are a number of reasons for the exercise, including:

China is the largest consumer of Russian military technology. The exercise will showcase the Russian weapons including the Tupolev Tu-22M and Tupolev Tu-95 long range bombers.

The two countries are by far the most influential in the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation and the exercise will help to strengthen military ties.

Both countries have stated that the exercise is not directed at any one country, but many believed to be a show of force against the United States and particularly Taiwan.

The United States was not invited to observe the exercise, but did observe using satellite reconnaissance.[citation needed] The stated reason for the exercise is counter-terrorism; however, many analysts agree that the use of such heavy firepower, including long-range bombers, is not necessary. ...”

Below, from The Ministry of Defense for the Russian Federation website, Feb 3, 2020...

About 10 thousand servicemen will take part in the anti-terrorist exercise “Peace mission-2020”

About 10 thousand military personnel of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member States will take part in a joint anti - terrorist exercise, which will be held for the first time at the Yurginsky training ground in the Kemerovo region in August this year.

Military representatives of the member States of the Shanghai cooperation organization (SCO) signed a joint Protocol on the results of the second round of consultations and staff negotiations.

The signed agreement includes issues of comprehensive support of troops and the plan of the exercise stages. Also, during the joint work, the participants visited the Yurginsky training ground, where they conducted reconnaissance of the main stage site.

In addition, the foreign military inspected the place of overcoming the water crossing on the equipment. This will be the first experience for some participating countries.

The consultations were attended by representatives of 8 countries - Russia, India, Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. The negotiations were led by the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Central Military District, Major General Rustam Minnekayev.

The anti-terrorist exercise “Peace mission-2020” will be held in August on the territory of the Central Military District at the Yurginsky training ground in the Kemerovo region.

During the exercise, the military personnel will have to work out the tasks of preparing and conducting an anti-terrorist operation by the joint group of troops (forces) of the SCO member States.

That s a very tenuous link. Jones is not in bed with Russia. He runs an independent media organization funded by selling gear from his store.

But if you want to believe POLITIO and Ben Smith go right ahead..

I would support a declaration of martial law.

There is nothing in the Insurrection Act (that people are talking about) that allows the President or any president to set up an extra-Constitutional government.

Here is the text of the law.

https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/10/252

"Whenever the President considers that unlawful obstructions, combinations, or assemblages, or rebellion against the authority of the United States, make it impracticable to enforce the laws of the United States in any State by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings, he may call into Federal service such of the militia of any State, and use such of the armed forces, as he considers necessary to enforce those laws or to suppress the rebellion."

Eisenhower invoked it to enforce the Supreme Court's desegregation rulings, and Lincoln used it as the legal basis for going to war against the South.

But like all laws (and the Insurrection Act is a law), it is subject to the Constitution and the courts.

Lincoln did away with habeas corpus, and he had no legal or Constitutional right to do so.

Now, having said that, there could be something in this declaring of a "National Emergency" - but God knows what that entails, because I certainly don't.

Alex Jones is a typical KGB/FSB-styled and/or leftist-styled creation.

While he is painted as a “right-winger”, he, at the same time, launches insanely absurd conspiracy theories such as the Sandy Hook massacre being a “hoax”. The aim is to make the Right look dumb and/or crazy, and discredit and undermine the legit stuff against the left, as a significant portion of the population would simply lump it all together and conclude that, if he said A, and A is obviously and ridiculously false, then B must also be false, or at best ‘suspect’.

Has Jones ever said a bad word about Putin, that you are aware of? Remember, the phony Dems tried to paint Trump as if HE was the one who was colluding with Russia, when all the time it was THEY, the notoriously traitorous Dems, who were.

I have to disagree. I think he does good work covering stuff that no one else does.

In the video he is quoting the Constitution and the Magna Carta extensively ...

There is no evidence he is in bed with Russia. He sells vitamins and t-shirts.

Here below you can see how the far left (Salon & Media Matters), and the Russian government!, uses Alex Jones to advance the bogus notion of Trump/rightwing-Russia collusion, while also making rightwingers appear lunatic-conspiracy theorists. Conspiracy theories absolutely do exist, but what this does is help to undercut those legit ones.

From (far left) Salon magazine...

“Before she became a national correspondent for Sinclair Broadcast Group, Kristine Frazao worked for the Kremlin-backed network RT (formerly Russia Today), where she interviewed conspiracy theorist Alex Jones on more than 20 occasions.

During those friendly interviews, Frazao allowed Jones to push conspiracy theories about the 9/11 attacks, 2011 Norway shooting, and 2005 London bombings, among other events.

In an email to Media Matters, Frazao stated that being at RT had given her a “refreshing” opportunity to report “on less covered subjects” but said she’s now “very glad” to no longer work there. She also said she had no role in booking Jones as a guest.

Sinclair Broadcast Group has drawn heavy criticism recently for mandating that its local news anchors participate in identical segments echoing President Donald Trump’s anti-press attacks.

The company has a history of pushing conservative content on its local stations and currently requires them to air “must-run” segments featuring former Trump aide Boris Epshteyn. ...”

Agreed 100%.

The President cannot setup an extra-constitutional government.

There are some FReepers that have alluded to invoking the Insurrection Act gives the Presidents control over the Federal Legislature and Judiciary. They're sadly mistaken.

The President can't do away with or shutdown those institutions. There's no law that could give that authority as it would not be superior to the US Constitution.

That FReepers have been calling for mass arrests, martial law, etc is very telling.

President Trump will not invoke any law or declaration that will 1) lead to martial law 2) contravene the US Constitution regarding the election of the President. No doubt if he did, the House would vote to impeach with Republican support and the Senate would note to convict with substantial Republican support.

President Trump is not a tyrant - I wish FReepers would stop yearning for him to become one.

“President Trump is not a tyrant - I wish FReepers would stop yearning for him to become one.”

Exactly. Some of the same ones that insist that we follow the Constitution are the ones proposing(demanding) that Trump takes unConstitutional action(s).

The answer to this question is a resounding no.

It's unfortunate that there are those those among us who believe we have to destroy the Democratic Republic in order to save it.

Those FReepers should read Federalist 47.

And the posts about “score settling” using mass arrests are crazy.
