Why Some People Don't Like Donald Trump
BEJ

Posted on 12/07/2020 10:55:37 AM PST by BEJ

Many people associate “You’re Fired” with Donald Trump. They associate it with being in the hands of somebody who, through their power over them, can make the worst thing happen. It’s great to watch others get fired on TV, but if you got fired… it wouldn’t great. That expression also tears away at a lot of people, reminding them they are lacking what it takes and of lost opportunity. In other words, it’s saying… you are a FAILURE.

Donald on the other hand is a success. That is the rub in many people’s eyes. Many people have tried to succeed in business of one sort or another and have failed. Therefore, Donald is the burr under the saddle; he is the pea that the princess feels under so many mattresses. Donald Trump reminds you of your failures in business ventures and, therefore, you hate him.

As well, to further bolster their hate toward Donald many people grew up in the hippie generation and have a dislike of people in suits, business people, of consumerism, materialism and “the MAN.” Those who go into business are plastic people and are not groovy. They have short haircuts, put grease in their hair and like Frank Sinatra music … really L7, really square, man. The hippie ethic still affects people’s views and is like a reverse snobbism.

A French thinker named Alexander D’ Tocqueville said that Americans would end up preferring equality to freedom. That means they would prefer to see people in equal circumstances and being less well off, than seeing people above them -- society being better well off because of these people. These people above them are the source of envy and resentment. And that is why when people look at Donald they try to pull him down. Donald reminds them of their own failures. It wasn’t always the case. At one time a father would point to a rich man and say to his son, “Son, you can become like that too and have those things. You have to work hard and get an education but you can do it!” But today, instead of doing that it is easier to pull down the rich man.

So Donald sticks out and rubs a lot of people the wrong way despite all the good things he has done for America. He is a success story and many people resent that. Misery loves company and many people need others to cry on their shoulders, to feel their pain and, most importantly, to feel they are not alone. To justify their misery they get others to help pull down greatness. If other failures are involved, they feel good that they are not alone – others have failed just as they have.

In conclusion, there can be a number of reasons why people hate Donald Trump. But to hate him for his success because he reminds you of your failures is one of the more common one that many people subscribe to.

Machiavelli said it is better to be feared than loved, but he also said that a ruler should try not to be hated. President Donald Trump is loved by tens of millions of Americans, but he also pisses a lot of people off. Heck, he even pisses me off sometimes and I voted for the man in 2016.

Did you vote your heart strings in 2020? Whether you did or didn’t, I’ll never understand how people can put their sensitivities and delicate natures ahead of a pragmatic understanding of the ramifications of a Biden presidency.

I was fired from a job one.

Best thing that ever happened to me, career-wise!

That company no longer exists!..................

Really could care less who Trump pisses off. All I know is that he gets results for the whole of the people and if you don’t like that then you must be a commie.

MAGA

In reality, the people who hate President Trump are convinced he is a failure. They cite his bankruptcy and the silver spoon he was born with. People generally favor successful people as leaders, just not as neighbors. They do what most people do, or at least used to do: watch some “news” and believe it.

Don’t know.

Don’t care.

We are selecting the Chief Executive for The United States, not voting for homecoming royalty.

America like the Euros has become a place where strong, masculine men and even success are seen as “bad” in the eyes of many.

He doesn’t cry enough on TV for some people.

If he were an Obama (US) or Joschka Fischer (Germany), politicians that never had a real job (where they net pay taxes vs. living from society without adding any true wealth in what they produced) in their life for more than 6 months without being fired or quitting, that wouldn’t be a problem.

Think about this: imagine a Teddy Roosevelt running for office today. Imagine someone like that in office today?

Trump is an alpha male, a relict of the past, in times where men are taught to be beta’s and society cares more about their feelings than actually accomplishing anything.

I didn’t vote for Biden, if that’s what you’re implying. I declined to vote for President at all this year for 3 reasons:

1) There is no point in voting when you are a red speck in a blue bubble. Caligula’s horse could win California’s 55 Electoral votes if it ran as a Democrat. And that was before I started hearing about all this voter fraud.

2) When I voted for Trump in 2016 he promised all kinds of great things. 4 years later the border wall is still incomplete, Mexico didn’t pay for it, the promised free-market alternative to 0bamacare still hasn’t materialized, our national deficit hit $1 trillion even before COVID, and on top of all that my taxes went up. I do give him credit for appointing 3 pro-life Supreme Court justices, but that was a done deal before the election. Biden cannot get rid of them nor is the Dems’ court-packing scheme going anywhere.

3) After careful consideration I decided I had been too harsh on some Freepers who would end the 19th Amendment. They seemed very confident Trump would win without the support of conservative women. I deferred to their judgment and let the menfolk vote for President unhindered by my feminine influence.

Obama was a Jr.Senator and politician..who conned his way into the highest office in the world. With a major assistance of the media and John McCain.
There was nothing about him that suggested he was ready for the job.
A street agitator with a chip on his shoulder...who never held a real job.
He stagnated American economy...and created exaggerated racial tensions at every opportunity...guess the morons miss the good old days.?

I suspect that for our many fatherless and near-fatherless Xers and Millennials, Trump represents a) a true father figure that doesn’t tolerate their bullsh**, b) an a**h*** like their single mommies told them their father is and/or c) their sane ex-husband.

Republican voters who don’t like Trump are sheep who follow along. They can never explain why they don’t like him they just repeat things they’ve heard. They are pro USA, pro life, yet they don’t know that it will take self confidence and strength to fight the evil that wishes to destroy the greatest country and protector of freedom. They are weak enablers. Their families don’t function.

Republican politicians who don’t like Trump are weak, greedy liars. They have no business being In charge of public money and legislation. They fear Trump because they fear getting caught.

The rest of the Trump haters hate him for being in their way in taking over our country.

The reason President Trump had received such hate really isn’t that complicated. It is the nature of most human beings to have an ego that constantly seeks to be validated. Anything that validates it is loved. Anything that does not validate it is hated.

The Left hate Trump because he repudiates much of what they believe. The elites believe themselves to be elite and have the right to rule over all of us. Trump says “no” and supports the Republican principles in the US Constitution, as well as the value of national identity. The plebian lefties are brainwashed in numerous ways that we’re all familiar with, from 64 genders to every non-communist being a Nazi, and Trump only needs to refute ONE of these beliefs to send them into a frenzy.

What is interesting is why he was initially hated by those on the supposed Right (nevertrumpers), and still is in many cases. That is because the country-club Republicans saw themselves as the intellectual elite of the Right, heroes who should be exalted by the Republican masses as their saviors, until Trump showed up and, rather than engage in the traditional do-nothing milquetoast Ivory Tower intellectualism of the country-clubbers, he simply started doing things, and speaking plainly, and winning over the average Joe’s loyalty that the country-clubbers believed was rightfully theirs.

Trump is the star quarterback who all the math nerds liked in high school as long as he was just the dumb jock, but when he came into Calculus class and got the highest grade there, too, they all immediately hated him.

I have to agree. The people that I know who detest the President are single, well-educated losers who have not accomplished anything in their life.
