According to the Warroom, we will “lose” this case in order to move through the lower courts toward the Supreme Court, (as was The Plan). Judge promised to move expeditiously so that either side may appeal to the next court.
Trump Campaign has additional evidence for the next court, that doubtless will be the Dominion machine that proves known capability of manipulating numbers.
39 votes were flipped from Trump to Biden in a tiny county. That flip represented 2.4% of the vote.
Significant because that (algorithm) was the margin of Biden victory *Statewide*.

Yesterday afternoon my campaign formally initiated the process to begin a discovery recount. We are seeking a discovery recount in each of the seven counties within the 14th Congressional District.
As I have promised you since day one, we are fighting hard to make sure that every legal vote is counted in this critical race – but we can’t do it without your help.
Remember: A discovery recount does not change a single vote, but it does allow us to see if the outcome might change with a full recount.
Election law provides campaigns the ability to request a discovery recount in close elections. As we have said for the last few weeks, we would be seeking a discovery recount and the first of these recounts have been formally filed in DuPage County. We will be filing paperwork in the other counties in the coming days.
Even the Patriot channel seems stuck on November 4. Except for Levin, it's not worth listening to. For fun, I go down-dial to 122 (NPR) and 124 ("POTUS", but really anti-POTUS), and up-dial to 126 (Urban) and 127 ("Progress"). I love to hear the libs fantasize about their "President-Elect", his choices for cabinet positions, the wonderful things that Biden and Kamala will do for the American People, and the horrible things that they wish on the Trump family and Trump voters. When their liberal tears finally come pouring down, they will be very tasty.

hey thanQ. It never ends w/Oberweis..that was a close race all election night and I actually thought he pulled it out...until the mail-ins started being counted. I don’t see how he covers 5400 + votes
I would think that the 37 vote flip would be much lower in such a small county to avoid suspicion. Otherwise it would have significantly affected the tally and raised red flags - especially in a county that is very RED (Trump won 70% of the vote in Ware county, GA).
So using this percentage across the population is likely to be erroneous - I suspect the flip percentage was significantly higher in other counties that were larger and were more historically BLUE.
