A Remedy

I wonder, if the election outcome in any state or several combined reaches the Supreme Court, what remedy would best suit that Court?

The Court issues a rejection or a remedy. If the Court chooses to seek a remedy, the following is a suggestion of what remedy would disenfranchise the least voters who are on record as legitimate, not in question via mail-in ballots.

Late in the evening of 11/3 early morning of 11/4 a command from 'someone' came to the powers overseeing the counting in Milwaukee, Detroit, Philly and Pittsburgh, Atlanta, and Maricopa County, Arizona and a few other cities. That command was to stop counting and send away the counting observers watching the counting. That was coordinated, not coincidence.

When lawfully appointed observers / monitors were no longer present to lawfully observe counting, the several cities restarted counting massive numbers of 'mail-in' ballots.

There are several legitimate issues with these massive ballot dumps, beyond the forced exclusion of lawful monitoring. ALL of the ballots counted during the illicit counting are suspect since illicit means were used to hide the counting of these suspect ballots.

As a reasonable remedy, the Supreme Court could point to that moment of coordinated stoppage until lawful observers were prevented from watching subsequent counting, as the point beyond which no ballots can be included in the lawfully received votes at the various precincts. Disqualifying all ballots counted after that stoppage and ejection of any legitimate observers is the remedy the Court can use to legitimize the election results.

The status of ALL candidates for down ballot positions and the top of the ticket presidential position would be remedied with the least amount of actual voters disenfranchised. Such a remedy might make a run off in Georgia unnecessary and might even bring a good man from Michigan into the United States Senate.

I wonder where all the election positions stood when the stop counting command was issued?

PA did not actually keep the late arriving ballots segregated.

When the segregation was issued, all but 4 counties replied back and said they were segregating things. Those 4 counties didn't say they weren't, they just didn't reply right away.

That prompted Alito to jump in and issue a second order clarifying how things should be handled and requiring all counties to confirm they were doing so. Those 4 silent counties then reported they they had been segregating per the first order, they just didn't think they were supposed to reply.

They did keep the ballots segregated. They're not part of the county.

No one has presented any evidence in court that ballots were manufactured after election day. But if they arrived after election day they were segregated and are not part of the count.
