PA did not actually keep the late arriving ballots segregated.
When the segregation was issued, all but 4 counties replied back and said they were segregating things. Those 4 counties didn't say they weren't, they just didn't reply right away.
That prompted Alito to jump in and issue a second order clarifying how things should be handled and requiring all counties to confirm they were doing so. Those 4 silent counties then reported they they had been segregating per the first order, they just didn't think they were supposed to reply.
They did keep the ballots segregated. They're not part of the county.
No one has presented any evidence in court that ballots were manufactured after election day. But if they arrived after election day they were segregated and are not part of the count.

There are sworn affidavits that contradict your media lies. Rudy shared one at the presser done in Gettysburg. Go watch the video of that meeting with PA senators, if you qactually want the truth.
