Sidney Powell retweeted Praying Medic's theory of what the Kraken is
Twitter ^

Posted on 11/22/2020 10:31:08 AM PST by MNDude

What is Sidney Powell's "Kraken?" Here's my theory.

Election fraud has been around for decades. It's well-known to insiders. It's denied by the media. It's hdden from the public.

The corrupt establishment that relies on election fraud didn't anticipate Donald Trump. Somehow, patriots neutralized election rigging in 2016 giving Trump a shot at winning. And win, he did.

Four years later, another rigged election came into view. Nationwide election fraud cant be done without the knowledge of tens of thousands of people. This time, many of the people who witnessed election fraud had become loyal to Trump.

When word went out that Trump's legal team was looking for witnesses to election fraud, thousands of people responded. That's why Sidney Powell says they're being flooded with more evidence everyday.

Those who doubt she has the evidence, don't understand how many people have first-hand knowledge of election fraud. This time, because they believe in Trump, the witnesses were willing to risk their lives, their jobs, and the safety of their families to expose fraud all in the hope of removing it once and for all.

I may be wrong, but I suspect that when Sidney Powell says she's going to "release the Kraken,' she's referring to an avalanche of first-hand, eyewitness testimony from hundreds of patriots around the country-evidence that cannot be disputed by anyone.

It is a real dilemma. When electoral fraud has been detected and proven, we only have the courts to go to for immediate relief from an injustice. But on many occasions the courts have demonstrated a strong aversion to issuing rulings that overturn an electoral process, crooked as it may be. I have a sinking feeling that this is where all of this may end up. A pile of indisputable evidence laid out on the table for the USSC to see, and then comes a ruling along the lines of “We can't do anything about it once its certified by the states.” In 2000 the USSC had a point of law as a peg to hang their ruling on: the State of Florida had to obey their own law. That made it a Constitutional issue. Lacking that, how can they avoid either punting (let the voters fix it) or ruling to overturn (which they are hesitant to do)? I'm afraid they'll punt, which is precedent.

PDJT is not only working to claim as many of his alleged 410 electoral votes as he can, he is also working to destroy the ballot box-cheating machine of the Democrats / Globalists.

But as with many of Trump’s other victories for the people as president, as a consequence of having an expert “driver” like Trump at the “wheel,” many back-seat patriots are still getting “car” sick.

Obviously we don’t have free elections. McCain was intended to lose. And so was Romney. And the sad thing is they both knew it and agreed to it.

JFK lost to Nixon, but Nixon didn’t fight because they said they’d give him the next election...and they did. The CIA and FBI need to be dismantled.

Stop talking about it so much vs doing it.
You are over-advertising. Much ado....about what? Nothing?
Please, Sidney, please do prove me wrong.
I want Trump in for two terms, but playing Big Bad Wolf only goes so far in this very serious struggle.

There is a law in PA that they can hang their hat on in PA

However, PA is not enough so they may not even take the case.

What will WE THE PEOPLE do to fix this?

Thanks for this comment to the Sofa Sitters. People met in Atlanta yesterday and I'm sure additional gatherings are planned. I wish Sidney would establish a fund for her, Lin Wood and others. I'll happily contribute to them but I refuse to give a nickle to Republicans.

Because the NSA wants Trump gone. There is not one MAGA employee among the 600,000 FedGov bureaucrats.

We have the numbers. Now we need the will.

The reality is that its up to us now. Those with the greatest will to win usually do.

PA and GA have disregarded their own laws, and probably other states. Perhaps that will be the deciding factor. Alito has already indicated that.

First I will say it again. The Democratic Party and their reliance on election fraud is a criminal organization. RICO laws can allow a private RICO lawsuit. Under the law such a suit can result in treble damages and legal fees. I would like to see judicial watch file such a lawsuit on behalf of some who will be damaged (perhaps federal appointed officials who will loose their jobs under Biden). Yes, not as good as Jail time for those committing fraud, but possibly an eye opener to the public and Democratic Sheep that only know what the MSM tells them.

Second, the democratic party talking point spread every day by the media is that there is no evidence of any wide spread fraud. It is time to attack that talking point with facts. Under the theory of if a tree falls in the woods and no one is nearby does it make a sound? The only way to counter the argument talking points is by hard evidence that wins court cases and having those court cases reported in the media.

I see two problems with the second point. First courts take time to render decisions and Democrats will delay and appeal every step of the way. As such, the Democratic talking points can continue well near the January inauguration. The second is that don't expect the media to cover any of that as they have their marching orders from their political masters. The only way to counter this is for Trump and prominent Republicans to use their bully pulpit of office to create media events and directly tell the public what is happening.

I think you are correct, with at least one witness being at a high level. Add to that statistical analysis by math wizards and evidence from servers explained by experts and the cumulative effect will make for both a solid case in court and a presentation compelling enough to shift public opinion.

Powell and Wood are crying havoc and unleashing the dogs of war.
It just doesn't look cool when it is done in court.

To be fair to prayingmedic, his tweets are spot on.
The level of corruption at all levels being exposed is shocking.

My suspicion is they won’t even agree to take it up.
It takes four to agree to hear any case.
I don’t think we have four.
Kavanaugh and Gorsuch have already shown their yellow bellies.

Most of our government needs to be dismantled.

Go to the airport and what happens? You’re accosted by a jobs program that makes no one safer and everyone less free.

I’m tired of endless wars, building up countries that don’t deserve it.

I’m tired of all these politicians going in as normal Joes and coming out with money hanging from their pockets.

They get in there, write books, go on TV and pit us all against each other, all the while networking a lifetime of riches for themselves.

I’m tired of my phone blowing up for— give me money so I can kick you in the teeth.

I’m tired of the whole ugly mess.

Eef ‘em.
