Covid Protocol
Due to the higher rate of Covid infections being discovered through higher testing, I thought you might like following.
Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS) has the best Covid prevention (prophylaxis) and treatment protocol that you will find. Bear in mind that the CDC does not recommend any prophylaxis treatment or protocol other than masks, social distancing, disinfecting and isolation. Also bear in mind that the CDC helped to fund the creation of the virus and is only interested in vaccines and control.
I strongly recommend you consider following the EVMS protocol and adjust what you may be taking now. Sensible social distancing, etc. should also be followed.
Here is the short version: https://www.evms.edu/media/evms_public/departments/internal_medicine/Marik-Covid-Protocol-Summary.pdf
And the long version which I recommend you read: https://www.evms.edu/media/evms_public/departments/internal_medicine/EVMS_Critical_Care_COVID-19_Protocol.pdf
The protocol is updated regularly so check with the EVMS website. Note that it is important to take the Quercetin as it helps your cells absorb the zinc.
EVMS has now added Ivermectin to the protocol. You would know that as horse or cattle dewormer. Also given under prescription as a heart worm medicine for dogs, and by prescription for scabies in humans.
It may seem strange to take a horse medicine but it apparently works. A recent published study in India found it reduced Covid infection in health care workers by 77% https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2020.10.29.20222661v1
Ivermectin can be bought in paste form at tractor supply https://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/product/durvet-ivermectin-paste-187-608-g
A video and writeup on using it for yourself is here https://www.maximpulse.com/permethrin/ivermectin-calculating-a-dose.html
The usual disclaimers apply. This post is not intended as medical advice. Use at your own risk. Make sure no item listed in the protocol interferes with or is contraindicated by any current medicines, supplements and conditions.
The fact that EVMS supports this protocol and the CDC does not is good enough for me. The government is never your friend.
As for the ivermectin, I am off to Tractor Supply. I am not sure Boo will take it, but I donβt think it will hurt and may actually knock some horse sense into me.
Thanks, Mate! Good stuff!
No vaccine can do a better job than zinc and vitamins D3, A and C.
Someone told me that Oil of Oregano is supposed to be good.
Has anyone here added this to their daily regimen?
Thanks, hope I don’t start to whinny like a horse though. 8>)
The last version of the EVMS protocol from a couple months ago used quercetin instead of ivermectin. Quercetin is over the counter (Amazon) and no need to go to tractor supply. I’ve been using this since April no issues no illness.
Simple: get enough Vitamins B6, C, D, E and K and supplemental zinc. Mind you, I do worry we’re going to to have a run on multivitamins when people figure it out. ππ
I have been taking Quercetin, Zinc, Vit C, Vit D, selenium, and oil of Oregano since late Feb. So far, so good.
+1 to Oil of Oregano
it works great on sinusitis and most people scoff at it’s ability to help your immune system.
I love the stuff and my wife tells me my immune system is that of an ox. Guess that means it works?
No, it doesn't mean there are higher rates of COVID.
It means the tests are showing something and nobody knows what it is for sure.
It's false positives that are up, not necessarily infections.
I’m glad to hear it works for you and you are so healthy.
A friend of mine swears by it. I am going to add it to my daily regimen.
I don’t think you can go wrong with it.
Add 2 cups of blueberries to your daily diet as well - huge antioxidant food with major benefits for disease prevention.
