The best thing to do is to make sure your immune system has all it needs to do it's job naturally and that is the proper nutrients which enable the cells to fight off any invading virus or bacteria.
No vaccine can do a better job than zinc and vitamins D3, A and C.

The last version of the EVMS protocol from a couple months ago used quercetin instead of ivermectin. Quercetin is over the counter (Amazon) and no need to go to tractor supply. I’ve been using this since April no issues no illness.

Simple: get enough Vitamins B6, C, D, E and K and supplemental zinc. Mind you, I do worry we’re going to to have a run on multivitamins when people figure it out. 😒🙄

I have been taking Quercetin, Zinc, Vit C, Vit D, selenium, and oil of Oregano since late Feb. So far, so good.

Due to the higher rate of Covid infections being discovered through higher testing, I thought you might like following. No, it doesn't mean there are higher rates of COVID.
It means the tests are showing something and nobody knows what it is for sure.
It's false positives that are up, not necessarily infections.
