SCYTL’s own website confirms it has a BACKUP SERVER IN FRANKFURT.
I understand others online have captured the page image to save it.

I think a lot of BS is being thrown around for many different reasons. Some intentional..others because people are desparate to cling onto something...like this ridiculous notion that Roberts suddenly reassigned the Circuits because of election fraud cases.

The servers are confirmed as seized and are in possession of Guilini’s team.
From what I heard is that the Army went to the German government and asked for permission, and they agreed. That the Army has physical control of the server. They didn’t just mirror it, for that could be disputed. They had to possess chain of custody, as evidence.
I think that might very well qualify as “the Kraken."

A couple days or so ago, EUSECOM HQ in Stuttgart admitted to having taken control of the servers. This is an old story now. They don’t make false statements. This used to be called EUCOM HQ and was the US European command, but with the drawdowns, they have slightly changed their name. We used to work at this base. They are dead serious if they say they have it. It is not a game with them.
That I know, but the claim was that Scytl confirmed that the servers were seized. I see no evidence to back up that claim.
