Rudy Giuliani is an exaggerated cartoon metaphor for millennials’ slow awaking about the fallibility and tragic decline of their parents. He graduated from law school in 1968, went on to serve as a federal prosecutor, and eventually became mayor of New York. When 9/11 happened, we were all scared and confused, and Rudy stood up there and gave us some confidence in the future. He looked like a leader.
And then, as his star faded, there came a decade of irrelevance. His former prowess battered, but his pride intact, he reached for the spotlight with one final, self-destructive act: enthralling himself to Donald Trump. Rudy Giuliani has become a national embarrassment, not to mention a black mark on the entire legal profession.
Rudy Giuliani is billed as Donald Trump’s private lawyer. And sure, he has a law license. But not everything everyone who has a law license does is lawyering. I went duck hunting with my dad last weekend, and nobody said I was acting as his personal lawyer by going on a duck hunt with him. But they might as well have, because that is pretty much what almost everyone in the media is doing with Rudy Giuliani.
Let’s look at the ABA’s draft model definition of the practice of law. It says:
(1) The ‘practice of law’ is the application of legal principles and judgment with regard to the circumstances or objectives of a person that require the knowledge and skill of a person trained in the law.

They’re using threats of sanctions and having people disbarred who represent Trump. This is just more of the same.
Nah, Rudy Giuliani, who the heck is he?
He only effectively
- shut down the mafia by implementing the RCO statute and
- cleaned up NYC which no one else would do, making it one of the best and safest cites in the world.
Of course those would be the reasons the Left would hate him - a guy that actually made life substantially better in the U.S.
How I hate the delusional lying Left.

Thanks for the email.
He won’t forget this Paesano’s email that fast.
I’ll take 5 minutes to calm down first.
Enthralling...that must mean loyalty in dem terms
When NOBODY believed Trump had a chance, we’re supposed to believe that Rudy KNEW he would win and there would be a big windfall and prestige.
Maybe he knew Trump better than I thought and knew what he was about...kudos to him for seeing it way before most of us did.
If ANYTHING, he put his reputation on the line early so loyally supporting Trump and not wavering at all

Silly article from a stupid source. Idiotic and nonsensical to the max.
I saw where he didnt pay his yearly fee. Perhaps that is what was referenced.
I dont know the details of the fee issue
He is at the age where he could retire his license but he has chosen not to do that...so he has to pay a yearly fee.
You cant practice law if you havent paid the fee . His State likely also requires CLE classes over a certain time frame
His state may also allow him to go on hiatus where you pay a reduced fee, keep your license, and you dont take CLE classes.
However, some states now require mandatory education to be registered to practice.
By breaking down the Five Families Giuliani also broke the power of labor unions which meant less graft for politicians. That is why the left hated him so much.
btw, if you are on a hiatus status you can’t practice law but you are still a lawyer
Jon Wolf must think that Rudy is a real-life Romney Wordsworth (old reference).
He and the rest of President Trump’s legal team are threats to them, so of course they have to go after them any way they can. It’s all they have left.
Your license will be pulled after a certain time if you dont pay the fee in most states.
Also, I think I have one point wrong. There is likely some kind of time frame by which you can be an active lawyer, practice law, and have an unpaid fee.
If it is due Oct 1 and it is Oct 31 and you haven’t paid your fee you might still be able to practice. Not really sure on that point. His state may require an act of suspension rather than an automatic inability to practice law. this would make more sense.
this should have been on Wednesday at the Global Security Forum where Trump National Security Adviser, Robert O’Brien, made headlines worldwide this week by agreeing Biden could win:

will let others critique what Brennan had to say!
a litigation associate at a midsize, full-service Minnesota firm. He also teaches as an adjunct writing professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law
In other words he is an associate (one step above a paralegal) at a dime a dozen law firm he is too embarrassed to mention and supposedly teaches at a second tier law school that doesn't list him as an adjunct professor.
I lost 10 IQ points just reading this level of ignorant stupidity.
I loathe and despise the unions almost as much as I loathe and despise the $3+ trillion unconstitutional portion of the federal government (which continues to unconstitutionally protect unions further screwing up our economy and standard of living).
I sent him a love letter and he had the audacity to double down. Said it article is “accurate” and sent me some yahoo bs article ragging on Rudy’s performance.

I’m sure he’s practiced way too long to be having to take CLE’s if required in NY.
I have to register every 3 years to practice my profession and pay the fee and that's no big deal. They send you the form if requested or you can do it on line.
I can only imagine what lies he’s spewing. Snake.
